Abstract: An embedded real time operating system RTEMS with open source is presented in this paper. The author compares it with other real time operating systems, such as RTOS-Linux and VxWorks, and thus concludes that, RTMS is best applied for research of the synthesis receiving equipment with high performance and hign reliability.

Abstract: WebGIS is a new technology which unifies Web and GIS, and is applied widely. The client only needs to use browser to interactively operate(such as inquire, analyze, etc.)GIS data which is distributed on Web via WebGIS technology. One of the main methods of implementing WebGIS technology is J2EE. This thesis will introduce the configuration files of an open-source software GeoServer1.4 of WebGIS and the solution of programming WebGIS by using them.
