Abstract: The basic knowledge and the research target of Intelligent Transportation Systems are introduced, contents and development situation of ITS is presented. By analyzing the existing problems of ITS in the world especially in China, the important study direction of Chinese ITS is put forward.

Abstract: Distributed intrusion detection systems are especially vulnerable,because the components reside at a static location and are connected together into a hierarchical structure. One solution to this problem is to cast the internal nodes in the system hierarchy as mobile agents. Besides, some special mechanism such as randomize the mobile agent's location, safe communication between agents voting server was discussed to resist attack.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new analytical technology -Data Mining —in general ,includes its background ,concepts, functions and common process. Then discusses its application in CRM at several aspects with examples.

Abstract: Electronic digital image stabilization is a new generation of image stabilizing method, which realizing the stabilization of image sequence via computer algorithm, so it have many good qualities such as real-time, high-precision, low- power waste and show extensive foreground in use. In this paper, we summarize the basic- principle of EDIS, and its developing status, main-method and the evaluation of an algorithm, the difficulty and problem in current image stabilization algorithm is analyzed at the same time.
