Abstract: The combustion reaction model of p-xylene oxidation reactor, in which the summation content of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the reactor off-gas is regarded as the degree of the combustion reaction, was proposed The artifical neural network technique was employed to model the relationship between the main operation conditions (ie residence time, catalyst concentration, promoter concentration, reaction temperature, and solvent ratio) and the summation content of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the reactor off-gas And, the mean of prediction relative error of the obtained model is 347%

Abstract: The development,properties,affecting factors of synthesing and application of PEN are reviewed.After replacing benzene ring with naphthalene double ring,the intensity,stability resistance,thermostability,chemical environmental resistance,hydrolytic resistance and gas retardance are superior than PET.The synthesing method are similar to PET.The main application of PEN is film,fiber and vessel.Using the modified method,the use cost can be saved.

Abstract: An experimental bubble column made of plexiglass with an inner diameter of 0.476 m and a height of 5 m and the one-dimensional sediment-dispersion model were used to study the TA concentration profile in p-xylene industrial bubble column reactors.The experimental and simulative results showed that the TA concentration is nearly homogeneous in the reactors.
