Abstract: A method of road traffic state identification and prediction based on mobile phone signaling was proposed, which is basically able to meet the demands of intelligent transportation construction on wide area, comprehensive, real-time and dynamic data. It is a reliable way to acquire real-time traffic information which is capable of providing traffic condition query and statistical warning analysis. In view of its advantages of less investment and lower maintenance cost, it is suitable to be quickly popularized and applied in second and third-tier cities on a large scale.

By analyzing sources and characteristics of telecom operators' data, from both internal and external perspectives, this paper presented data assets value mining and application modes in multiple scenes, offering a comprehensive big data development strategy for telecom operators, and proposed specifi c implementation path as well.

Abstract: In this paper, business features of mobile virtual network operator(MVNO) are firstly introduced. Then, several types of business modes and cooperative strategies of MVNOs with mobile network operators(MNO), as well as the basic network architectures and features of MVNOs in specific business mode are expounded. Finally, combined the status of domestic telecommunication industries with the successful cases of overseas MVNOs, several experiences are summarized and corresponding suggestions are put forward for domestic MVNOs to develop business.

Abstract: A localization algorithm based on Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI) is studied by the analysis of the wireless signal propagation model in this paper. For the existing problems of this algorithm and the influence of noise, some measures, such as mean filtering and position calculating method, are taken to improve the localization accuracy. This localization algorithm is designed and implemented on the ZigBee wireless sensor networks. The actual test shows that this localization system is a stable and accurate system with low cost and power consumption as well as easier implementation and higher reliability.
