Abstract: By analyzing the geometric relationship and the kinetic characteristics of the special walking-beam pump for exploring coalbed gases, the paper builds its kinetic model, provides solutions of its kinetic parameters and the dynamic analytic equations of the components, and calculates its kinetic and dynamic regulations by example. The results show that the method is easy, which could analyze the kinetic regulations and the dynamic properties of components quantificationally. completely satisfy the demand of the site data calculation, and characterize the important directive significance and application value for the design calculation, the systematic analysis and the selecting research of this equipment for coalbed gases.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the cutting performance of the longitudinal cutting heads with various numbers of helical lines, on the premise of the cutting heads possessing the same dimensions, the same total number of picks, the same type of the pick and toothholder, the models of the cutting head with two helical lines (2LC typed) and three helical lines (3LC typed) were established After simulation by programming, the models were compared from chip size, loading size and the number of effective picks operating simultaneously The results showed that the average chip area of the 3LC typed cutting head was 052% larger than that of the 2LC typed, and the rock falling from the picks on the section of spherical surface of the 2LC typed cutting head was not satisfied, being easy to produce dust Compared with the 2LC typed cutting head, the 3LC typed cutting head possessed the smaller load coefficient of variation, and the pick's effective coefficient of variation was less also, which led to better load stability The research offered some theoretical basis for optimization design of the pick arrangement

Abstract: The basic principle of laser triangulation used for measurement of 3D surface roughness was analyzed,light path diagram and optical geometric relationship of direct type and symmetric oblique type triangulation were studied,and the mathematical model for analyzing micro-height information of surface was offered.Resolution of direct type and symmetric oblique type triangulation were compared qualitatively and quantitatively,and the application of laser triangulation to measurement of 3D surface roughness was analyzed also.
