TL;DR: In this article, the hydraulic system of the hydraulic transmission loader's walking device system was designed, and the transfer functions of open-loop and closed loop of the whole hydraulic walking system was derived by building the mathematical models of each link of hydraulic walking transmission system.
Abstract: At present,for lack of correlation theories,domestic hydraulic transmission loader development lags behind.This dissertation is based on the hydraulic transmission loader HT25J which is developed through a major science and technology projects of Zhejiang province.The hydraulic system of the loader's walking device system was designed.The movement principle of the driving system is discussed in detail.The transfer functions of open-loop and closed loop of the whole hydraulic walking system was derived by building the mathematical models of each link of hydraulic walking transmission system.The simulink model was established according to the transfer function block diagram.The fuzzy PID controller was design to calibrating the stability of the system,and making the whole hydraulic driving system has a better dynamic performance and anti-jamming ability.

Abstract: There are many methods to compute index weight,AHP is one useful and convenient method of them.The paper introduces the main content of weight coefficient computing method based on AHP,and the step of root and sum of two judgement matrix disposal method.After the reasoning of the instance when the judgement matrix meet coherence condition,two conclusions are gained: it doesn't need do coherence verification;the finally weight coefficient is the judgement matrix's any column's unitary result.According to the conclusion and the AHP's principle,the paper discusses a convenient weight coefficient computing method and gives an example of applying.

Abstract: Finite element model of the body frame structure of a full-load type bus is established.Static analysis and modal analysis are conducted on the body frame structure.A integration of lightweight steel and aluminum structure is proposed under the condition of ensuring strength and stiffness of the body.The lightweight design of the body frame structure of the bus is completed with the size of cross-sectional of aluminum alloy as target.Contrast with the previous body frame structure of the bus,strength and natural frequency are similar,significant effect of lightweight is achieved.

Abstract: Based on FEA software ANSYS,the geometrical interference and contact element real constant CNOF interference setting options for solid model and plane stress model were studied.The results indicated that solid model and plane stress model were set the same contact element key option KEYOPT(9) value,which could get the same results.But the geometrical interference or penetration would be ignored in axisymmetric plane stress model.When the interference value was set by the same contact element real constant CNOF of axisymmetric plane stress model as the upper two proposed models.On this condition,these three kinds of shaft and hole interference fitting models could achieved the same simulation result.

Abstract: Hook block heave compensation device is one of the widely used floating drilling platform devices.In order to study the compensatory effect of the new hook block heave compensation device,the operating principle of hook block heave compensation is analysed and the mathematical model is established.Based on AMESim software system the simulation model is established and the compensatory effect of the two heave compensation devices is studied.The simulation result shows that the new hook block heave compensation device has a good compensatory effect.

Abstract: The injection head is a field operating equipment used for wellhead operations.Motor drives the chain drive mechanism,clamping device carries the tubing into the well for underground work.The cut angle of the injected head directly affects the collision extent between folder block and tubing,the injection head cut angle is generated by the difference of sprocket pitch circle diameter,sprocket center distance,and position of the clamping device.The relationship formula of cut angle is deduced,the effect of changes in the above three factors on the cut angle is analyzed,optimized analysis of the cut angle is carried out by Matlab software for improving the structural design and reducing costs.

Abstract: A novel adaptive PID control based on the input signal reference is put for various controllable and uncontrollable non-linear uncertain systems.The methon is proposed to replace the model reference control system as input signal on the base of the model reference adaptive PID control system,which is based on Lyapunov stable equilibrium point theorems.Then control process is introduced the filters for its differential items which is bringed after the introduction of stable items.The system will reach the steady state after its adaptive regulation.At the same time,the control performance of the system can be adjusted when PID control method is introduced and reach the best control effect.The method is based on the input signal as a reference adaptive control which will reduce the error caused by the model,through that we can have the high control accuracy and the control process can be adjusted.The results demostrate that the adaptive PID control has a strong adaptive tracking for various system.

Abstract: The SEM images of the fracture surface is got based on the fatigue experiment of 7075 aluminum alloy,and the general process to get the box-dimension calculation is showed.Then the diffference between the traditiona algorithm and new algorithm presented in this paper is compared,and the fractal dimensions of the three areas of the fracture surface are calculated.The results show that fatigue fracture surface has good fractal characteristics,the algorithm in this paper is better than the tradtional algorithm to accord with images got from engineering and the fractal dimension values of the three districts of the fracture surface are consistent with their texture feature.

Abstract: Knowledge is becoming the main source of the enterprises ' fortune, so it is necessary to establish a knowledge pool of their own. In the process of the establishment, how to guarantee the knowledge providers and the evaluators fulfilling their responsibility fully remains an urgent issue. With the analysis of the problems in establishing the knowledge pool, a game model is presented between the knowledge providers and the evaluators. Through repeating game simulation, a conclusion is drawn that by improving the evaluation capacity of all the enterprises ' staff, decreasing the knowledge providing and evaluating cost, increasing the feedback reward, participants can be made active and responsible in the establishment of the enterprises ' knowledge pool.
