Abstract: Virtual reality technology is one of the hottest research field both at home and abroad,it has been widely used in the field of education,including miltary colleges and universities teaching,sports special training,aircraft operations,vehicle driving,machine operations,such as teaching.In this paper,based on the research of the virtual reality technolohy application status at home and abroad,analyses the direction of virtual reality technology is mainly used in the field of education,virtual reality technology is applied to the realistic significance of the education,which reflects the importance of virtual reality technology in the field of education,but it also needs to long-term development,we believe that the virtual reality technology will be a great contribution to the education of career for mankind,have a profound significance.

Abstract: Some questions were investigated and improved in the soluble sugar content determination by enthrone colorimetric method.The results showed that 80 % sulfuric acid was dispensed 1 h beforehand,when the temperature was equal with that of room,the enthrone colorimetric was weighed and the solution was prepared.The centrifuge tube with scales was used to extract the soluble sugar.Shaking the mixture well several times and diluting in optimum times were stressed.All of the improvement helped to increase accuracy of the determination and simplify the operation.

Abstract: Several typical applications of virtual simulation technology in engineering training are presented. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages between virtual experiment and practical engineering training,a practical teaching mode with combination of virtual and reality is proposed based the current situation and feature of practical teaching. In order to develop this complementary advantage teaching mode,there are four aspects which include teaching principles,curriculum system,teaching design,guarantee conditions. The introduction of virtual simulation technology in engineering training will help to broaden training content and improve training efficiency,as well as improve teaching flexibility,which is good to cultivation of individualization and creativity development of students.
