This study uses a questionnaire to measure the level of customer satisfaction which is implemented using the customer satisfaction index (CSI) method in producing a customer satisfaction index in the provision of contact center services. Samples taken by distributing questionnaires were categorized in terms of importance and customer satisfaction. The results showed that the customer satisfaction index reached 83% based on the criteria for the level of satisfaction, so this number indicates that the customer is very satisfied.

Software Defined Networking (SDN) is the latest network technology to address the challenges that exist in TE. The concept of Software Defined Networking (SDN) uses a centralized and more flexible way of working, SDN can significantly cut the use of communication network resources needed for the utilization of network resources as a whole. When a company wants to expand its computer network to a wider area, including connecting branch offices in remote areas with data at the head office and other offices, it is necessary to setup tens to hundreds of Routers and switches which take a long time and are expensive, not to mention if something goes wrong. human (Human Error). Therefore, virtualization technology is needed so that configuration/setup on many Routers can be done simultaneously for this reason by adopting the working concept of Software Defined Networking (SDN) which will be applied to Network Automation technology. The process of making a marriage cover letter which is done manually by having to come directly to the local RT or RW at the Pengadengan village office currently creates an obstacle for prospective brides who want to register their marriage, especially during a pandemic such as at this time who are required to carry out physical distancing in order to breaking the chain of spread of the covid-19 or corona virus. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based online marriage cover letter making system. It is hoped that this system will be able to simplify matters of making marriage cover letters without having to come to the village or sub-district office. The system development method that will be used is the Waterfall method. This method is still often used because it has a sequential flow and is suitable for developing software with unchanging specifications. This model provides a software life-flow approach starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. This application is tested using the black box test, which is testing the software in terms of functional specifications. Testing is intended whether the input and output functions of the device comply with the required specifications. The results of this application test concluded that the expected functions were all successful and accepted in accordance with the wishes of the research objectives.

This research aims to improve and implement a Management Information System for a website-based student funding application service at Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University (UNUGHA). The aim of creating Simpelmas is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the student service process by the Unugha Student Affairs Bureau. Especially services for applying for student funds. This research uses an Agile Development method approach as a system development method. Based on the results of the analysis of the proposed information system, Simpelmas was designed and developed using the Laravel Framework, using the PHP programming language, and using the MariaDB database. Simpelmas includes features for applying for operational funds and activity funds, as well as features for submitting submission results reports, archiving student funds, managing student organization annual funds, and managing student organization data. Apart from that, this system also provides an interface for admins to easily access and update organizational data and student activity funds. Testing of this system was carried out using the Blackbox Testing method. The test results show that Simpelmas can help improve efficiency and quality of service in applying for student funds at Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University. Users can easily access information, go through the application process and submit activity reports. In conclusion, it is hoped that Simpelmas can prove its benefits in increasing the effectiveness of the student service process. Future research could further develop this system by adding new features and testing it to make it a better website.

Damage to the motor occurs due to negligence in carrying out maintenance. Currently, the process of checking motorcycle damage in a workshop generally still uses manual methods in analyzing motorcycle damage. This results in inefficient and time-consuming motor checking. The purpose of this study was to design and build an expert system to detect such damage using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. It is hoped that with the expert system, the checking time will be more efficient. An expert system is a computer program created to solve a problem in a particular field based on knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques from an expert in solving problems. The method of data collection carried out includes interviews with mechanics, so that reliable data can be obtained. The symptoms used in motor damage detection are eroded pulleg nut (G13), eroded V-belt (G15), eroded gear (G16). So that two damages were identified, namely damage to the CVT engine (K3) and the basic clutch (K5). Based on the percentage results of each damage, namely K3 of 83.33% and K5 of 16.66%. So it can be concluded the probability of damage that occurs, namely damage to the CVT engine (K3).

The use of internet technology in the digital era has significantly impacted the execution of seminars, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when social restrictions and large physical gatherings became challenging. The internet has become the primary solution to continue seminar activities. In this context, it allows seminar organizers to switch to online formats, utilizing video conferences and other digital platforms. However, a problem persists in the execution of seminars and webinars at XYZ University, as they still use manual methods in managing registrations, execution, and e-certificate publication for seminar participants. The aim of this research is to design and develop a Web-Based Seminar and Webinar Management Application, which is expected to assist seminar and webinar organizers at XYZ University in managing their events more easily and automatically. The application's development follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, employing Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the system modeling method. The research results demonstrate that the system developed is functionally capable of meeting the requirements for conducting seminars both online, offline, and hybrid seminars.
