Abstract: Using soybean oil and rapeseed oil as raw materials,adjusting the alkali amount and composition,the relationships among the alkali composition and soap separation time,washing process,electrical properties were mainly analyzed.The results show that the breakdown voltage of the final product can attain 70 kV,and the dielectric loss factor is less than 0.5%.The optimization of alkali composition can reduce the alkali refining time and the amount of washing water;it won’t do harm to the electrical properties,and can improve the performance price ratio of the product.

Abstract: The screening test of protective coating and weathering test of insulation structure of wind turbine insulation system were mainly presented from aspects of the characteristic and mechanism of salt spray corrosion.The results show that reasonable protective material selection and structure design are the key points to ensure a long-term reliable and safe operation of marine wind turbine insulation system.
