TL;DR: Enterprise application integration with ontologies that helps to understand the relationship between applications to help model the concepts behind data and information on the semantic Web.
Abstract: This paper deals with enterprise application integration with ontologies that helps to understand the relationship between applications. Not everyone likes standard ontologies, but they could help model the concepts behind data and information on the semantic Web. Applications are junctions in the network, joined by data that these applications share. Users can take a tour through their data if applications understand the connections between each other expressed in ontologies.
TL;DR: The author finds that event-driven systems are built to take change in their stride, and is concerned that this could be relevant to any business that has multiple parties involved.
Abstract: The best-laid plans of any IT strategy can get derailed by unforeseen factors wrong-footing critical application outcomes. However, the author finds that event-driven systems are built to take change in their stride. IT systems are mostly built around the idea that things happen in predictable sequences. Everything else is an exception to be squashed. But that is an approach that is beginning to change as IT directors realise that real-world events are not troublesome inputs but actually provide a way to drive their systems. Event-driven architecture is relevant to any business that has multiple parties involved. People are not used to building architecture because they typically work with in synchronous environments today.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors discuss how atuais tecnologias de informacao and comunicacao can influence the experientia do usuario. But, the authors focus on the use of knowledge graph and knowledge vault.
TL;DR: The need for compliance and litigation readiness is no longer a US-specific requirement, but one that also crosses the pond to reach the UK as mentioned in this paper, and the debate has shifted to the issue of whose responsibility it is to make sure that a company complies with data retention and deletion requirements set out by regulatory bodies such as the FSA, and by laws such as Data Protection Act and the UK Companies Act, and how this is best achieved.
