Abstract: As a newly developing species,the spotted maigre,Nibea albiflora(Richardson) exhibited great potential for aquacultureTo investigate the cultured ecology characteristics of the spotted maigre,the growth performance were monitored regularly,and the growth differences between males and females were also comparedDuring June of 2009 and June of 2010,the environmental factors were monitored regularly and the total length,body length and body weight were measured at fixed periods every monthThe growth performance was compared between female and male individuals since the spotted maigre was 7 months oldThe results showed that the spotted maigre grew fast during summer cultured period while grew slowly during winter cultured periodThe mean growth rate was 072 g/d in body weight and 0048 cm/d in total lengthThe body weight reached 28832±3856 g when the spotted maigre was 15 months oldThe female and male individuals had significant differences in body weight since 7 months oldThe differences enlarged as the age increased,and the body weight of female individuals was 131 times larger than that of the male individuals

Abstract: Impacts on carbon cycle of Chlamys farreri by respiration,calcification and biodeposition in Sanggou Bay was researched by the method of laboratory experiment and mathematical stimulating.These were 1.22×104t and 7.57×102t carbon releasing each year by respiration and calcification of Chlamys farreri respectively;and these was 8.71×104t carbon sinking to the bottom of sea by biodepositon,most of which would been buried and leaving geochemical circulation.Though carbon was releasing by respiration and calcification,more carbon was buried by biodepositon.So Chlamys farreri should be considerd as carbon sink as a whole.

Abstract: This paper analyzes parents and recruitment of hairtail fishery resources in East China Sea from 1995 to 2007 since the regulation of summer closed fishing has been put into practice,Ricker and Beverton-Holt models are used in fitting with the relation between parents and recruitment of hairtail.The results show that on status of summer closed fishing,the relativity between parents and recruitment of hairtail exists.The expression of Ricker model is R=6.934 7Pe-0.033 916P,of which the maximum recruitment is 75.21×108ind,parents for maximum recruitment is 29.48×108 ind,maximum maintainable yield is 50.44×108ind(about 70.08×104t),parents for maximum maintainable yield is 20.86×108ind,recruitment for maximum maintainable yield is 71.30×108ind.The expression of Beverton-Holt model is P/R=0.101 17+9.164 5×10-3P,of which the maximum maintainable yield is 50.74×108 ind(about 70.52×104 t),parents for maximum maintainable yield is 23.67×108 ind,recruitment for maximum maintainable yield is 74.41×108 ind.under current regulation of summer closed fishing,the fitting results of Ricker and Beverton-Holt parents-recruitment models of hairtail in East China Sea are similar.The available and reproduction fishery resources,recruitment of haritail are positively responded in East China Sea since the regulation of summer closed fishing was put into practice,whereas the spawning stock can't keep in sustainable and effective increase because of overfishing.At present,protecting parents as well as increasing spawning stock are the main targets for protecting hairtail recourses in East China Sea,and postponing the finishing time of summer closed fishing is an effective solution.
