Abstract: The sharia accountant profession faced many challenges in the VUCA era, which was an era full of uncertainty the loss of existing barriers in the business world. It is an obligation for sharia accountants to be able to answer all existing challenges so that they can continue to hold the accountant profession professionally and not abandon sharia principles. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature review analysis taken from various existing sources and relevant to the research discussion. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that to face society 5.0 in the VUCA era, there are several strategies that must be carried out by Sharia accountants. The first is to stick to sharia principles, develop digital skills, and be sensitive to technological developments. Based on this discussion, it can be concluded that Sharia accountants have a very large role in facing society 5.0 in the VUCA era which is strategic and consultative.Profesi akuntan syariah menghadapi banyak sekali tantangan pada era VUCA, yang merupakan sebuah era yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian dan hilangnya sekat-sekat yang ada dalam dunia usaha. Menjadi sebuah kewajiban bagi akuntan syariah untuk dapat menjawab seluruh tantangan yang ada hingga dapat terus memegang profesi akuntan dengan profesional dan tidak meninggalkan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis literature review yang diambil dari berbagai sumber yang ada dan relevan dengan pembahasan penelitian. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan ditemukan hasil bahwa untuk menghadapi society 5.0 pada era vuca, ada beberapa strategi yang harus dilakukan oleh akuntan syariah. Pertama yaitu berpegang teguh pada prinsip-prinsip syariah, melakukan pengembangan dalam kecakapan digital, serta peka terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Berdasarkan pembahasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa akuntan syariah memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam menghadapi society 5.0 pada era VUCA yang bersifat strategis maupun konsultatif.

Abstract: The influence of Islamic branding experience and customer citizenship behavior on the decision to use sharia linkaja services is the focus of this research, this is due to the increasing use of digitalization of sharia finance. The sample used was 252 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples with specified criteria. The results show that partially Islamic branding experience has a significant effect on decisions to use services, then customer citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use services, which means that the better customer citizenship behavior, the more decisions to use services. Simultaneously, both Islamic branding experience and customer citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on decisions to use services simultaneously.Islamic branding experience dan customer citizenship behaviour terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan linkaja syariah menjadi fokus penelitian dikarenakan meningkatnya penggunaan digitalisasi keuangan syariah. Sample yang diperoleh 252 responden, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sample dengan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial islamic branding experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan, Selanjutnya customer citizenship behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan artinya semakin baik customer citizenship behaviour maka semakin meningkatkan keputusan menggunakan layanan. Secara simultan baik islamic branding experience dan customer citizenship behaviour berpengaruh secara bersamaan positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan layanan.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. This research was conducted at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo, and the respondents were employees at the BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. The data type was used as primary data, and the data collection technique used a technical survey with a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the Submission of a Structural Model (Inner Model) using the SmartPLS analysis tool. Based on the analysis results that have been carried out, the results show that Islamic leadership does not affect employee performance at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Islamic leadership positively and significantly affects employee motivation at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. So it can be concluded that to maximize the performance of BMT Hasanah Ponorogo employees, the company must maintain and improve Islamic leadership and work motivation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan Islam terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variable intervening pada BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BMT Hasanah Ponorogo dan yang menjadi responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknis survey dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Pengajuan Model Struktural (Inner Model) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Kepemimpinan Islam tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Kepemimpinan Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan pada BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan BMT Hasanah Ponorogo maka perusahaan harus menjaga dan meningkatkan kepemimpinan Islam dan motivasi kerja.

Abstract: Retail Sukuk is a sharia investment instrument that serves as an alternative to state financing in building infrastructure to improve people's welfare. Most of the factors that significantly influence trade volume or public demand for retail Sukuk are macroeconomics indicators. The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence of a relationship between the short term and the long term in macroeconomic indicator variables consisting of inflation, exchange rates, SBIS, M2, and GDP with the variable volume of retail Sukuk trading in the period 2011-2019 consisting of 108 samples. This study using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with Microsoft Excel and Eviews 9 software. The results show that the inflation, exchange rates, SBIS, M2, and GDP variables positively influence the trading volume of retail Sukuk. Whereas in the short term, all variables do not affect.Sukuk ritel adalah salah satu instrumen investasi syariah yang berfungsi sebagai alternatif pembiayaan negara dalam membangun infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sebagian besar faktor yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap volume perdagangan atau permintaan masyarakat terhadap sukuk ritel adalah indikator makroekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adanya hubungan antara jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dalam variabel indikator makroekonomi yang terdiri dari inflasi, nilai tukar, JUB, SBIS, dan PDB dengan variabel volume perdagangan sukuk ritel dalam kurun waktu 2011 -2019 terdiri dari 108 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) dengan Microsoft Excel dan software Eviews 9. Abstract: Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of customer perceptions, motivation, and knowledge on choosing products for small and medium enterprises, either partially or simultaneously. Research Methods: This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all customers who chose small and medium enterprises products at Bank Muamalat KCP Ponorogo, totaling 395 customers. Withdrawal of samples using incidental techniques with solving measurements, so 80 respondents were obtained. Methods of data collection through questionnaires. Test results using SPSS 23. Results: The results of this study indicate that the variables of perception, motivation, and customer knowledge significantly affect the decision to choose products for small and medium enterprises at Bank Muamalat KCP Ponorogo both partially and simultaneously. Conclusion: This study concludes that for customer perception, motivation, and knowledge, if it increases, it will also increase customer decisions in choosing small and medium enterprise products at Bank Muamalat KCP Ponorogo.
