Abstract: In this paper, the distribution of three times rural area house seismic disaster happened in Lijiang, Baotou, and Bachu,west of china, was compared and analyzed The anti-seism ability and fortify cost of rural area house in our country were analyzed as well The aim of anti-seism fortify and technique measures of anti-seismic disaster is to avoid wall and frame collapse that should be reflected the principle of " adaptation to local condition, using local resources, economic and practical" when rural area building encounter the local elementary degree of seismic cracking The measures of anti-seism and disaster alleviation proposed include the technique, finance and management three aspects

Abstract: The technique of post-grouting after construction can both improve the bearing capacity of pile and decrease the pile top subsidence obviously as well as the bearing properties of foundation pile change. The paper reveals working mechanism of post-grouting and showed the performance of post-grouting through introduction of experiments of base-grouting in super-long and big-diameter bored piles conducted in the experimental-pile research project of Su-Tong Bridge across Yangtze River and the effect of grouting is analyzed.
