Abstract: Based on the pseudo match of the ratio matching algorithm,an improved ratio matching algorithm of image stitching is brought forwardIt decides the optimistic match of the overlap parts of the images through increasing the number of the ratio template lines,thus increasing the information of the templates and this can improve the precision of image stitchingThe experiments show that this algorithm can mosaic images validly and it is more exact than the former algorithm

Abstract: Based on the basic principle of laser pulse ranging,the precision and error of laser pulse ranging are analyzed and the correcting formula is given.It points out that the error is the main fact affecting the precision of ranging.Qualitative analysis of the precision and error of laser pulse ranging has been done and the approach to promote the precision of ranging has been put forward.It provides references for correct analysis of the unitary efficiency of the optic ranging finder.

Abstract: The dynamic IR scene simulation is widely used to test and evaluate the performance of IR detector system,so its performance must be straightened as the development of IR detector system.The related technical requirement is introduced firstly.The present status of several classic types is presented.The work principle of four devices which are the suspended and membrane resistor array,the IR liquid crystal light valve,the Bly cells and the laser diode technology are analyzed in detail,and their advantages and disadvantages are achieved at the same time.A new method based on the Peltier effect to realize the dynamic IR scene simulation is proposed.Through the theory analysis,it can be concluded that there are advantages including wide dynamic scope,fast frame frequency,high resolution,good uniformity and dual-direction simulation when using it.

Abstract: The principle and the advantage of the fiber bragg grating vibration testing are introduced,and its mathematical model of measuring acceleration is established.A scheme of single point matching FBG demodula- tion is designed and demonstrated to measure low frequency vibration in construction,rock and soil engineering monitoring and so on.The demodulation of FBG detection is simulated and achieved via mathematical method and experiments.Low frequency vibration signal is modulated sine wave signal,which is analyzed through matching demodulation detection and signal spectrum.The experimental results are in agreement with the simu- lation,which proves that this method can detect low frequency vibration and is feasible.

Abstract: The weld seam image acquisition and processing system by VISUAL C++6.0 is developed and is applied to extract the feature of laser welding image,which is shot by the charge-coupled device(CCD) video camera.According to the laser image characteristics,two different sets of identification programs for processing of the laser welding image are adopted.The former is the detection of median filter-Laplacian sharpening-Sobel edge detection-centerline extraction.The latter is the detection of smoothing filter(average template)-adaptive threshold segmentation-Krisch edge detection-centerline extraction.The comparison of the experiment results shows that the latter is a useful way to finish the feature recognition of laser welding image.

Abstract: When we apply scatter reflection target and CCD imaging sensor to measure the laser of far field power density,we can only achieve the relative distribution for power density.A kind of method which combines CCD imaging sensor with distributed laser detector is put forward in order to measure the absolute distribution of laser power density,and the system of principle of operation,structure and key technique etc are analyzed.The experiment proves that this system accurately carried out measuring the laser of the far field power density and has widely practical value.

Abstract: The fibre image bundle has many advantages,such as direction changing and long distance image transmission without extra optics.Using of fibre image bundle rather than traditional fixed optical system,combining with digital light processing(DLP) technique,a new miniaturized programmable patterns projector with universal flexibility is developed to solve the structured light projection problem of 3D surface profilometer for small objects within a limited space.A structured light projection system is set up,which can project multi-mode fringes by programming,including,e.g.,dot,dot matrix,single line,parallel lines,crosshair and concentric circles,etc.The end dimensions of the projection unit are φ13mm×40mm.The possibility of the design is proved.

Abstract: A face detection method based on skin color space mapping,a nonlinear color transformation and FCM dynamic clustering algorithm for color images in complex background is presented.First,the color space is mapped and then nonlinear color transformation is made.After that,skin model is used for segmenting regions in which may have faces.Then,line code is used for drawing the eigenvector of area from the images which are segmented.At last,FCM dynamic clustering method is used for detecting the areas of human faces from complex background The experimental result of segmentation by means of the new algorithm is satisfactory.

Abstract: The Dempster-Shafer(D-S) theory of evidence is an important tool of uncertainty reasoning,and multisensor data fusion object identification based on D-S theory of evidence is widely used in decision data fusion systems.The DS theory of evidence and D-S's rule of combination are introduced.The program and decision methods of data fusion based on D-S evidence combination rule are described.D-S theory of evidence is used to identify the target based on data fusion.By comparing the simulation results of targets identification based on separate data and fusion data respectively,the advantages of this algorithm are testified because of its higher identification rate and better reliability.
