Abstract: Hyperspectral remote sensing has the advantages of spectroscopic analysis and imaging,identifying targets with special spectrum and bringing new threaten to military equipments.The rationale of Hyperspectral remote rensing and the development of instruments are introduced,the advantages of Hyperspectral remote sensing in military detection,camouflage distinguishing and hot infrared detection are analyzed.It is pointed out that the green camouflaged targets on woodland can be found by special spectrum identification.Hyperspectral remote sensing can measure the true temperature and emissivity in hot infrared.The camouflage technique and equipments in existence can not meet the request of hyperspectral remote sensing camouflage.

Abstract: The principles of the working and temperature measurement for the infrared thermal imager are introduced.The factors that influence the measurement precision of the infrared thermal imager are analyzed.The mathematical expression that the error factors influence the temperature measurement is derived in theory,and the error curve under different temperature conditions for the materials with different emissivity are calculated.The temperature measurement precisions of middle infrared(MIR) and long infrared(LIR) thermal imager are compared.

Abstract: Based on the theory of expert systems,simulating thoughts process of experts,gathering domain knowledge of all experts and according to the problem characteristics of application and management system,an expert systems model of malfunction intelligent diagnose has been built up.In the system,the method of knowledge representation is genetic rule,the inference engine combines uncertain inference and rule inference.In order to deal with the uncertain knowledge,an uncertain inference model based on confirmation theory is established.This model can auto-gets and modify knowledge in knowledge base,achieve a better real-time characteristics,through interacting between human and machine as well as self-learning function.
