TL;DR: In this paper, the position of three pin-connected joints of the luffing drive mechanism is optimized to reduce the hydraulic shock conducted by the cylinder, and the result indicates that the optimized results improve the luffer cylinder situation,reduce hydraulic shock, and improve the performance of the cylinder.
Abstract: During the design period of a type truck-mounted concrete boom pumps,the virtual prototype model of the luffing drive mechanism is built by dynamical simulation software ADAMS.The simulation of the luffing drive working situation is conducted to get the luffing cylinder force-time curve Based on that,with the aim of the least of the load change,the position of three pinconnected joints of three pin-connected joints of the luffing drive mechanism is optimised.The result indicates that the optimized results improve the luffing cylinder situation,reduce the hydraulic shock conducted by luffing cylinder.
