Abstract: 30 years since the Reformation and Opening,3 stages involved has Chinese coal preparation industry,viz,the starting,speedy development and great development;being the largest country worldwide in coal preparation;by 2007,up to 1300 coal preparation plant existed with total capacity of 1.25Gt/a,1.1Gt/a raw coal washed,accounting 43.6% of coal produced;benefit brought forth up to:110~165Mt/a coal saved,118.8Gt·km/a of transportation quantity cut down,5.2Mt/a of SO2 emission reduced,economic benefit about 30 G yuan/a attained by coal enterprises.

Abstract: Dust generation and its harmfulness at Fenghuangshan Coal Preparation Plant was introduced;The working principle and process flow-sheet of CCJ/A impulse-flush de-dusting system were expounded.Aiming at the unreasonable water supply to the system,.improper arrangement of dust hoods,and bad sealing,measures were taken as addition of water storage pond,dust hoods,de-dusting facility with atomized spray and flush.Performance improved obviously after such conversion.
