Abstract: This paper primarily studied on burning clinker using the matrix bonding component in waste concrete as a raw material component.Adopting thermal disposal,the adding of surfactant and mechanical comunication separate the aggregate and the matrix bonding component of the waste concrete.Adding the matrix bonding component to raw material with different proportion burn clinker compounds under the temperature 1 400℃,1 450℃.The structure and mechanical properties are measured.The measurement results indicate:the more proportion of the matrix bonding component,the lower the compressive strength of cement paste.When adding proper proportion,the range of falling is few.The XRD and SEM results indicate that no evident difference compound composition exists between the raw meals cooperated from FWC and that cooperated from normal raw materials.The clinker burning mechanism according to the crystal seeds theory and the activity of the dehydrated phase are analysed.

Abstract: For a long time, the development of concrete technology has focused on increasing the strength, While instances prove that high strength doesn't always mean high durability. The preferred measure to increase concrete's strength is to reduce the water cement ratio. And it's accepted that the reduction of water cement ratio may decrease structure defects and increase the strength and durability of concrete. But for pure cement concrete, the lower is the water cement ratio, the lower is the hydration degree, the more unhydrated cement there is. in sclerosed concrete, when unhydrated cement hydrates with water, the harm stems from the anaphase hydration of unhydrated cement may becomes more serious

Abstract: The consumption of material source and energy source and the emission of pollutant etc.in cement production process is an important problem about cement industry sustainable development. Aiming at these problem, macro analysis and research are carried out and the technology of producting low-environmental-load and high-performance cement is discussed. The research shows that the most effect factor of cement industry to environmental load is enery source and material source such as fuel,power and limestone etc. and emission of dust,CO2, SO2,and NOx and the noise pollution. In condition of precalciner kiln technology, to realize low-environmental-load clinker and to solve environmental load problem of China cement industry, it can be discussed by aspects as optimize proportion to utilization industry waste mostly, develop high-efficency burner and high-activity functional cementing material and high-benefit low-energy-consumption grinding system etc.

Abstract: In order to utilize 180 000 t;a industrial waste slag,in which wet discharge calcium carbide sludge amount to 75 000 t;a),Anhui Wanwei Company decides to build a new 1 000 t;d cement clinker production line.Based on analysis state of utilization of wet discharge calcium carbide sludge in cement clinker production and experimental study of the dewater properties of calcium carbide sludge, new dry milling and dry firing process ,mechanical dewatering-use vertical mill to dry and grind proportioned mix-use precalcining technology to clinker buring) project is adopted to produce high strength cement. Practice shows that the project is successful and this technology supplied a gap in domestic.
