Abstract: In the context of the interaction of the learning process, students experience a tendency to be less motivated in learning. This study reveals efforts to increase students' interest in learning, and student learning activities, the ability of teachers to provide learning motivation and also student learning responses through class lessons. This study aims to increase students' interest in learning, determine student learning activities, teacher's ability to provide interest in learning, and also determine student learning responses through classroom learning. Various strategies that can be applied by teachers through classroom learning so that students are interested in learning. However, teachers are required to have creativity and innovation in creating a conducive and effective learning atmosphere.

Abstract: Implementation is the most important policy element, and the policy implementation process is a very important final determinant of policy making. Policy implementation is an activity that is seen after a valid direction has been issued from a policy which includes efforts to manage inputs to produce outputs or outcomes for the community. The implementation of education policy is one of the activities in the policy process that determines a policy in contact with equal educational stakeholders can be accepted by the community. Policy implementation is a complicated matter with a complex process. There will be hypothesis testing using t test at the end of learning (posttest) in the control class and experimental class. obtained tcount = 3.25 using a significance level of 95% (∞ = 0.05) obtained ttable = 2.001 because 3.25> 2.001 (tcount> ttable) then Ho is rejected. using this at the end of the lesson various learning differences of the student classes between the control and experimental classes. using it according to what will happen in research that has been done that the method of making flashcard media matches has an effect and increases students' vocabulary mastery. Its application in the classroom can produce students to play an active and creative role.

Abstract: Improving the quality and quality of an educational institution in terms of various aspects, one of which is increasing achievement in extracurricular programs. SD Istiqomah Bandung is a large educational institution and has many proud achievements, especially in the recitation program. The general purpose of this study is (1) to find out the description of extracurricular activities that can improve learning outcomes at SD Istiqomah Bandung. (2) to find out the achievements of students at SD Istiqomah Bandung which are produced through recitation extracurricular activities. (3) To find out the results obtained after participating in extracurricular recitations at SD Istiqomah in class subjects. In this study using qualitative research methods in which the way of collecting data by question and answer, observation, and documentation. From this extracurricular recitation activity, it is hoped that students at Istiqomah Elementary School can encourage talents and interests so as to increase the achievements of students which later can also be applied or implemented in life in society. The conclusions of this study have a direct impact on school achievement which makes SD Istiqomah Bandung a superior elementary school in the city of Bandung.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify and obtain information about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the thematic learning process in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. The setting of the research was carried out at SDN 09 Duri Kosambi West Jakarta. The research subjects included teachers, students, and parents of students by observing and conducting interviews on the implementation of online learning during the COVID- 19 pandemic. The stages of this research follow qualitative research procedures such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that the implementation of thematic learning cannot be carried out ideally as in normal situations / before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. More learning is carried out separately and not integrated between subjects as how integrative thematic learning should be carried out. Meanwhile, of the 4 student competencies that should be learning outcomes in thematic learning, the competencies that can be implemented and achieved maximally are knowledge competencies. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for education providers and all education stakeholders so that the educational process can continue under any conditions.

In this article, the researcher wants to explain the validity of hadith and how to apply it in research on the quality of hadith, both in terms of the sanad and the matan, because the rules of validity of hadith are a reference for determining the quality of a hadith. This research is library research. From various literatures it is found that to reach a conclusion the status of a hadith must go through the stages of I'tibar hadith and sanad criticism, then criticism of matan if the sanad meets the requirements.

Abstract: The purpose of this study, namely to find out how to implement the online learning model, to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of online learning, and to find out the supporting factors in the online learning process during the pandemic. Parents' Perception of Online Learning During a Pandemic. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that the implementation of the online learning model in elementary schools is by utilizing several kinds of applications, the use of one-sheet lesson plans and evaluation of written worksheets that can be taken and collected directly to the school supported by facilities provided by the school in the form of wifi for teachers at school. and free internet quota for students. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of online learning, namely, the lack of effectiveness and time efficiency, the lack of student enthusiasm and the lack of understanding of the material.

Abstract: In learning activities, a teacher must understand what is needed by students. In identifying student learning needs, an appropriate learning needs measurement model is needed. One of them is the inductive model. The deductive model is the identification of learning needs in general and with broad targets. The effectiveness of the deductive model was tested by research sourced from the results of an interview with an elementary school teacher. The deductive model is often applied in a learning model. This is useful to find out how effective the learning model has been. The deductive model that conveys messages from the general to the specific and the abstract to the real turns out to have advantages and disadvantages when applied online.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of teachers during the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods with a type of case study approach intended to accurately explain a particular individual phenomenon or characteristic, situation or group that occurs. The subject on this study was class III Teachers. Taknik data collection uses observation with 2 sources, namely teachers and students, interviews with 3 sources, namely principals, teachers, and students and using document studies. In this case, researchers conduct interviews to find out some indicators of the role of teachers, (1) Teachers as educators and teachers, here teachers play a role in providing a material to students with easy-to-understand language; (2) teachers as mediators or learning resources and facilitators, here teachers play a role in providing a way out in student learning activities that usually use package books in the delivery of materials; (3) teachers as models and role models, teachers play a role by setting a good example to their students; (4) teachers as motivators, teachers act as student encouragement in order to improve the development of student learning activities; (5) teachers as mentors and evaluators, teachers play a role to guide students to be able to determine the various potentials they have as student provisions.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the application of the SAL method in introducing letters to students in class zero major at Kindergarten Dahlia Mataram even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was designed using Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were students in class zero at TK Dahlia Mataram, totaling 15 students consisting of 6 girls and 9 boys. With research procedures: (1) planning stage, (2) action implementation stage (3) observation stage (4) reflection stage. The results of the study show that: proper use of the SAL method can introduce letters effectively to students in major zero grade at TK Dahlia Mataram even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Furthermore, the researcher recommends: (1) teachers who have the same difficulties can apply the SAL learning method to introduce letters to students. (2) in order to get maximum results, it is hoped that the teacher will make learning more interesting and varied

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role and constraints of parents in assisting children to learn from home during the Covid-19 pandemic at RT 008 RW 03 Semanan Village, West Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 13 students’ parents. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result showed that (1)the role of parents in online learning are: (a) As a motivator, namely giving praise and gifts. (b) As a facilittaor, parents provide needs during onlibe learning. (c) As a mentor, namely parents as well as teacher when children face material difficulties. (2) the obstacles faced by parents are the lack of ubderstanding of the material by parents, the difficulty of parents in fulfilling online learning facilities, the lack of patience of parents in accompanying their children, the difficulties of parents in growing their children’s interest in learning, and the lack of time in accompanying their children.

Abstract: The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes by implementing the application of the assignment method for Class II students at SD Negeri 19 Mataram in the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects of this study were 17th graders of SD Negeri 19 Mataram, consisting of 11 female students and 6 male students. This research uses action research in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students II at SD Negeri 19 Mataram in the 2021/2022 academic year, with the assignment method, could be improved with the final result of the study being the class average score in the initial conditions of 69.47 or classical completeness 58.82%, becoming 73. .53 or 70.59% classical completeness in the first cycle, increased to an average of 78.18 or 82.35% in the second cycle and increased to an average test of 87.71 or 100% in the third cycle. From the results of student observations showed that there was an increase in student activity which in the first cycle obtained a score of 19 or 67.86% to 21 or 75.00% in the second cycle and 25 or 89.29% in the third cycle. The increase in student activities in learning Mathematics is supported by increased teacher activities in maintaining and improving the learning atmosphere using the assignment method, this can be seen from the observations of teacher activities where in the first cycle a score of 25 or 69.44% was obtained, to 27 or 75, 00% in the second cycle and increased to 32 or 88.89% in the third cycle.

Abstract: The research was about the analysis of teacher needs in the implementation of online learning process during the pandemic at SD Negeri Pakulonan 1 Tangerang the academic year of 2020/2021. The background of this research because of the learning transition from conventional to online learning as an impacted of COVID-19 pandemic. The objective of the research to know ideal needs in the implementation of online learning for the primary school teachers. The design of the research used qualitative method with case study approach. The data collecting was obtained through interview with teachers at the grade of III- 1, VI-2, and school supervisor, documentation, and parent questionnaire. The result of this research indicated that the teacher at the grade of III-1 and VI-2 achieved the ideal needs for implementation of online learning. The needs of teachers used were: (1) facility of online learning; (2) media of online learning, like applications and features; and (3) model variation of online learning. In the future, the teacher expect the developing of facility, media, and model variation of online learning. The teacher also hoped the role of government to introduce the applications the supported by education quota and give attention about the available of internet access.

Abstract: This classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of Early Childhood Reading Skills with Media Cards for Group B Kindergarten Negeri Mataram Pembina Odd Semester for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were 15 students of group B of the State Pembina Mataram Kindergarten, consisting of 8 female students and 7 male students. This research uses action research in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection. The results based on research and discussion can be opened that the initial reading ability in children aged 5-6 years TK Negeri Pembina Mataram can be improved using picture word cards media. This can be proven from the results of increasing the original reading ability. In the initial conditions the average achievement was 70.56% and an increase of 13.34% so that in Cycle I it reached 71.11% and in Cycle I to Cycle II it increased by 33.33% so that in Cycle II it reached a score of 100 %.
TL;DR: The study describes the method of identifying and developing interests and talents for students of Al-Fattaah Islamic Elementary School. Abstract: Every child has different abilities and cognitive abilities. This is motivated by heredity and environmental factors. Hereditary factors can be from the father's or mother's genes. One example of environmental factors is how to educate parents about their children or the good and bad of the surrounding environment. That is why parenting and the environment have a big influence on the quality of children. Most elementary school children have not been able to recognize their identity and have not been able to develop the abilities that exist in themselves. The purpose of this study is to describe the method of identifying and developing interests and talents for the students of Al-Fattaah Islamic Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative design (case study). The data collection technique used direct interviews with the deputy head of the Al Fattaah Islamic Elementary School curriculum. Developing talent with some effort is quite effective to do. This can be seen from the results of interviews received by interviewers that with the existence of extracurricular and four aspects, namely academic, skills, character, and spiritual in learning activities, students can find interests and talents. Where these interests and talents will be developed by the Al Fattaah Islamic Elementary School teachers.

Abstract: This classroom action research aims to improve language skills through storytelling using picture series media for group B4 students of the Mataram State Kindergarten for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This classroom action research was conducted at Pembina Mataram State Kindergarten, with the research subjects being students of group B4 with a total of 16 people and the object being language skills. This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of four competencies from each cycle, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation data. The results of this study indicate that the use of serial image media can improve language skills through storytelling. This increase can be seen from the average score of students in the first cycle, which is 64.62 to 81.5 in the second cycle. This shows that learning by using picture series media can improve language skills through storytelling to students in the B4 group of the Mataram State Kindergarten.
