Abstract: Character formation is needed not only at school but also at home, in the social environment. The current program no longer targets young people attending early childhood education, but also adults. It is very important to maintain the life of this nation. The competition imagined what would unfold in the following years. Of course it will be a burden for us and our parents at this time. Children have to compete with their peers from various countries around the world. Even those of us who are still working in the future feel the same way. To demand quality human resources in the next millennium, good character is definitely needed. However, character is the main goal of an individual.

Abstract: This resarch emphasizes that the use of the padlet platform as an online learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic in educational technology courses has a positive impact on increasing student activity and skills in ongoing teaching and learning activities, especially in the current learning conditions that use the online system. Education is carried out online using the Padlet platform, where students feel happy using the Padlet platform because it has complete and attractive features, Padlet allows lecturers and students to carry out teaching and learning activities simultaneously or which is flexible, which is easily accessible anywhere and anytime. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting a survey on the padlet application by distributing the G-form as research analysis data to UAD students to find out their perception of the use of padlets as online learning media in the COVID-19 pandemic era.

Abstract: The low level of education in Indonesia can be caused by the low human resources in Indonesian education, namely educators or teachers who do not have professionalism in carrying out their duties. Educational supervision is one way that can be taken in improving the quality of education through career development or the professionalism of a teacher. Educational supervision leads to improvement of educational problems through guiding, supervising, guiding and directing teachers to be professional in their field to improve education and fix problems in education. Educational Supervision assists teachers in making plans in the learning process so as to produce the desired output in learning. The purpose of writing this article is to examines educational supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. The type of method for writing this article uses the literature study method, namely in the form of a series of library activities that relating to methods of gathering information, reading and taking notes, as well as managing research materials. Based on research studies, it was obtained several results that educational supervision consists of two parts, namely managerial supervision and academic supervision. Managerial supervision is in the form of educational supervision with monitoring activities carried out by high school supervisors the performance of school principals in school management, while academic supervision focuses on supervising and monitoring teacher performance in carrying out their duties. The two sections of educational supervision are interrelated, so that in order to obtain quality education through teachers who have professionalism, these two sections of educational supervision must done together.

Abstract: Character education is a system of cultivating character values which includes components of knowledge, feelings, and actions as a form of moral development and individual behavior. The lack of character education will lead to a moral crisis that will have a negative impact on society. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to the type of library research. The data collection technique is by collecting data and related sources from books, written materials and references that are relevant to the research being carried out. The result of this study is that providing moral education for students can change the behavior of students, so that when they are adults they have responsibility, respect each other, and are able to face the challenges of the rapidly changing times. The development of the times, family, peers, school environment, and social environment also have a major impact on students' moral damage so that character education can be a solution to these problems.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine further the theory of cognitive development by Jean Piaget regarding learning science according to the level of thinking of children at the elementary school age stage. Sources of data used in this research are books, journals, articles, and other scientific works. The data collection technique is Library Studies. Data analysis uses content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the cognitive development of children at the concrete operational age stage (7-12 years) in science learning varies in almost every phase of their age. Science learning in elementary schools is adjusted to age stages. This is in accordance with the implementation of Jean Piaget's theory of development. Refers to how people grow, adapt, and change throughout their life's journey through physical development, personality development, socioemotional development, cognition (thinking) development, and language development. In addition to the level of understanding of models and methods as well as the handling used also varies. The results of the research can become the basis for teaching teachers so that learning becomes more effective, efficient and right on target. Especially to realize the achievement of national education goals.
