Abstract: Objective To explore the association between between CYP2D6* 10 genotype and survival of breast cancer patients receiving tamoxifen( TAM) treatment Methods Basic clinical feature,survival state and blood samples,paraffin sections were collected from 257 breast cancer patients receiving TAM treatment CYP2D6* 10 allele of breast cancer patients were checked by means of Polymerase Chain Reaction( PCR) We observed the association between CYP2D6* 10 genotype and survival of breast cancer patients receiving tamoxifen( TAM) treatment Results Fifteen percent(38 /257) of the patients carried the CYP2D6* 10 / * 10 genotype,41%(105 / 257) the CYP2D6 wild-type( Wt) / * 10 genotype and 44%(114 /257) the CYP2D6 wt / wt genotype There were no discernible correlations between clinicopathologic parameters and the CYP2D6* 10 genotype We determined whether there was a correlation between the CYP2D6* 10 genotype and survival and found out that the clinical outcome for patients carrying the CYP2D6* 10 / * 10 genotype was similar to those with other genotypes Conclusions Our results suggest that the CYP2D6 * 10 genotype is unlikely to have any clinical significance for prognosis of breast cancer patients receiving adjuvant TAM treatment

Abstract: Objective To research the effect of codonopsis polysaccharide on gastrointestinal tract of experimental rats and mice,and to elaborate its effect of invigorating the spleen and reinforcing stomach. Methods SD rats were randomized into control group,positive control group( 7. 5 mL·kg- 1of Sijunzitang) and high dose group( 200 mg·kg- 1of codonopsis polysaccharide),middle dose group( 100 mg·kg- 1of codonopsis polysaccharide) and low dose group( 50 mg·kg- 1of codonopsis polysaccharide) which were administered once a day for 30 consecutive days,and the rats body weight,body weight gain,food intake and food utilization ratio were measured. KM male mice were randomized into a control group,positive control group( 15 mL·kg- 1of Sijunzitang),high dose group( 400mg·kg- 1of codonopsis polysaccharide),middle dose group( 200 mg·kg- 1of codonopsis polysaccharide) and low dose group( 100 mg·kg- 1of codonopsis polysaccharide) which were administered once a day for 20 consecutive days,and the intestinal motility rate of charcoal propelling was measured. Meanwhile,pathology observation of rat gastrointestinal tissue was made. Results Codonopsis polysaccharide( 200,400 mg·kg- 1) could improve the level of the ester-induced intestinal propulsive decrease. Codonopsis polysaccharide( 100 mg·kg- 1) could enhance gastric juice volume,codonopsis polysaccharide( 200 mg·kg- 1) could promote stomach enzyme secretion,which could significantly enhance the animals appetite and food intake,and increase animal weight. Meanwhile,codonopsis polysaccharide could improve the gastrointestinal physiological role,increase the gastric mucosa,gastric wall thickness,and promote the duodenum,jejunum villus growth. Conclusions Codonopsis polysaccharide can improve intestinal promotion of mice,and promote rat's growth and its digestion power.

Abstract: Objective To understand the prevalence of internet addiction disorder(IAD) and to explore its relationship with psychological well-being of undergraduates.Methods Totally 1517 undergraduates were investigated by Internet Addiction Scale(IAS),Ryff'Psychological Well-being Scale and self-made questionnaire.Results Prevalence of internet addiction was 14.8%of total.The male,second grade students,poor grades,coming from big cities or good economic condition of family,and one- child were the high- risk population with internet addiction(P 0.01).Internet addiction high score group was significantly lower than low score group in 6 dimension of Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale.There was significant negative correlation between internet addiction and Ryff Psychological Well-being of undergraduates(P 0.01).Conclusions Undergraduates were the high-risk population with internet addiction,which was an important influence factor of psychological well-being.

Abstract: Objective To determine the volatile components in Jiduhuo(Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata Shan et Yuan). Methods The volatile components of Duhuo were evaluated by HS-GC-MS and NIST Mass Spectral Database. The relative contents in each component were determined by area normalization. Results Two hundred and thirty-five peaks were separated and 99 compounds were identified,amounting to 85. 23% of the total content. Conclusions The method established showed a good separation result and more accurate identification of components. In addition,the main volatile components in Duhuo can be fully reflected by this method,which provides scientific basis for further development,application and research,and has certain value for reference.

Abstract: Objective To study the reversal effect of schisandrin B on doxorubicin induced drug-fast human osteosarcoma cell line U-2OS /ADR. Methods U-2 OS /ADR was established by increasing the concentration gradient of doxorubicin in a stepwise manner; determine the effects of SchB on reversal of multidrug resistance by MTT,test the effect of SchB on the Gene transcription of MDR1 by quantitative real-time PCR,test the expression of MDR1 on the cell membrane as well as the influence of SchB on the excretion and accumulation of Luo Danming123 by the method of flow cytometry,test schisandrin B' effect on PI3K /AKT signal pathway by western blotting. Results Schisandrin B showed potent reversal effect on multidrug resistance( MDR) of U-2 OS /ADR cell and has the function of inhibiting the transcription of MDR1 gene,reducing the expression of MDR1 on cell membrane,increasing the accumulation and decreasing the excretion of Luo Danming123 inside of the cell,as well as inhibiting the activation of PI3K /AKT signal pathway in U-2OS /ADR. Conclusions Schisandrin B could reverse the MDR of U-2 OS /ADR by inhibiting the MDR1 and the PI3K /AKT signaling.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the depression and anxiety status and related factors of medical college students in one vocational college of Anhui province,and to provide a basis for developing college students' psychological care and consulting work. Methods Stratified random and cluster sampling method was used to extract 537 medical college students. Zung's self-rating depression scale( SDS) and Hamilton anxiety scale( HAMA) were used to screen for the status of depression and anxiety. Results The detection rate of depression was 30. 4%,and the detection rate of anxiety was 40. 2%. According to the analysis of the average score of anxiety and depression rate,there were statistically significant differences in depression status among the students from various majors,their performance ranking and the relationship between them. Students of pharmacy specialty got higher depression scores than other students,followed by students of test specialty and imaging profession,and students of pharmaceutical marketing specialty scored the lowest. The depression status increased with the grade in the class ranking,and the depression status of students ranking lowest 30% performance was more serious,and the students whose relationship with the others were not quite good got higher depression scores. There were statistical significance with the difference in anxiety scores among the students with different family financial conditions. The rich students got lower anxiety average score. There was a positive correlation between anxiety and depression( r s= 0. 36,P 0. 05). Conclusions The anxiety and depression status of vocational college students is not optimistic,and it is urgent to develop mental health intervention in time according to the related factors.

Abstract: Curcumin is extensively concerned and widely used in traditional Chinese medicine based on its several biological and pharmacological activities,including anticancer,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However,its poor aqueous solubility and instable structure lead to poor absorption,fast metabolism and low bioavailability,which seriously hinder its therapeutic effectiveness and clinical application. This review summarized pharmacokinetic characteristics of curcumin and its six dosage forms in recent years. The result showed that several dosage forms of curcumin all effectively improve its drug concentration and bioavailability with other pharmacokinetic parameter. Curcumin drug system combined with nanotechnology can effectively improve the bioavailability and fulfill multifunction,providing more theoretical and experimental basis for further clinical application.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of short-term drug economics of Glimepiride combined with different drugs in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus using the analysis methods of pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use. Methods 90 cases of type-2 DM patients were divided randomly into 3 groups. The cost-effectiveness analysis,three kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs( group A: Glimepiride combined with metformin; group B: Glimepiride combined with glucobay; group C: Glimepiride combined with Pioglitazone) were performed and compared to evaluate the effect of short-term drug economics in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results The efficiency of 3 Schemes were 86. 7% 、90. 0% 、96. 7%. The efficacy of C regimen is better than A and B,but the B group and C group were significantly higher than the cost of A. Conclusion Compared with the three group, the total efficient and incidence of adverse reactions were no significant difference. Abstract: Objective To reevaluate the allergenicity of several Chinese medicine injection which can cause TypeⅠhypersensitivity in clinical pracitce using the active systemic anaphylaxis( ASA) and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test( PCA). Methods The guinea pig active systemic anaphylaxis test and the rat-homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test were carried out on the normal saline group,ovalbumin group,Qingkailing injection,Shengmai injection,Danshen injection group and Xiyanping injection group. The contents of IgE,histamine,tryptase and β-hexosaminidase in plasma of guinea pigs were determined by ELISA assay. Whether there was a blue spot in the back of PCA rats was observed. Results In the ASA test,the contents of IgE,histamine and β-hexosaminidase in plasma of guinea pigs of ovalbumin group,Shengmai injection group and Danshen injection group were higher than that in the normal saline group.In the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test,ovalbumin group,Shengmai injection group and Danshen injection group showed obvious blue spots. Conclusions Ovalbumin,Shengmai injection,Danshen injection and Qingkailing injection can cause the occurrence of type Ⅰhypersensitivity reaction.

Abstract: Objective To establish qualitative and quantitative methods for the quality evaluation of deoxyelephantopin in Elephantopus scaber L. Methods Qualitative analysis was performed on the thin-layer per- coated TLC-plates silia gel G,with petroleum ether( 60 ~90℃)-ethyl acetate( 2∶3),after spraying with 10% vanillin sulfuric acid solution,heated at 105℃ until the spots were clear.Quantitative analysis was performed on Kromasil C18( 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water( 35∶65) at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min- 1,the detection wavelength was 208 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Test products had the same color blotches on relative location of chromatography with Chinese herbal medicine. Deoxyelephantopin showed good linear regression( r = 1. 000) within test ranges of 0. 005 915 ~ 0. 059 15 g·L- 1. The average recovery( n = 6) was 98. 75%,and the range of contents in the samples were 0. 072% ~ 0. 15%. Conclusions The methods developed are sensitive,reliable and useful for the analysis of samples purchased from different areas and can be used for the quality control of Elephantopus scaber L.

Abstract: Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of different channels setup ways of percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy in treatment of kidney stones. Methods Eighty cases of kidney stones patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the research object. They were divided into observation group and control group randomly with 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given the treatment of the microchannel percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy( MPCNL). while patients in observation group were given the treatment of the standard channel percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy( PCNL). The operation time, stone clearance rate,length of hospital stay,complications of patients in two groups were compared. Results The first stone clearance rate of observation group and control group were 77. 5% and 75. 0% respectively. The hospitalization days were( 5. 7 ± 1. 3) d and( 5. 3 ± 1. 1) d respectively. The decreased hemoglobin values were( 9. 5 ± 3. 2) g·L-1and( 10. 5 ± 3. 3) g·L-1respectively. The dosage of perfusion fluid were( 18. 7 ± 1. 7) L and( 17. 9 ± 1. 3) L respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between 2 groups( P 0. 05). The average operation time of observation group and control group were( 112. 5 ± 13. 5) min and( 90. 3 ± 15. 6) min respectively. The blood loss were( 54. 3 ± 14. 7) mL and( 103. 1 ± 64. 7) mL respectively,yhe complication rates were 5. 0% and 12. 5% respectively. There was a significant difference( P 0. 05) between two groups. Conclusions The microchannel and the standard channel percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney stones each has advantages,and both have a good clinical efficacy,but the microchannel leads to less bleeding,low complication rate and more safety,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of cognitive training on mood disorders with mild and moderate Alzhemer's disease( AD).Methods Ninety cases of AD were assigned into two groups. Inter ventional group were given cognitive training including attention training,rehabilitation therapy,working image nursing,intellectual training,daily life training and all-day health care. MMSE,HAMA and HAMD were evaluated every three months. Results The scores of HAMA,HAMD were lower compared with control group in first three months,and also lower than those before intervention in the third month( P 0. 05). The scores of HAMA,HAMD were lower than those before intervention in the ninth month. Conclusions General nursing could reduce mood disorders and delay the mental degeneration in AD.

Abstract: Objective To establish a dual-wavelength HPLC method for the determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in extractum andrographis.Methods The analysis was performed on Intersil C18column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),using methanol-water(60∶40) as mobile phase,the UV detector wavelength set at 225 nm for andrographolide and 254 nm for dehydroandrographolide.Column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results There was good linearity within the range of 0.104 3 ~ 1.043 0 μg(r = 1.000 0,n = 5) for andrographolide and 0.099 9 ~ 0.999 0 μg(r = 1.000 0,n = 5) for dehydroandrographolide.The average recoveries of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 98.53%(RSD = 1.27%,n = 6) and 101.51%(RSD = 1.10%,n = 6).Conclusions This method is highly sensitive,rapid and accurate for determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in extractum andrographis.

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of berberine on pharmacokinetics of puerarin in rats. Methods Plasma puerarin concentration was determined by HPLC after intragastrical administration of puerarin(100 mg·kg-1) or puerarin combined with berberine(50,100,200mg·kg-1) in rats. The data were processed by DAS ver1.0 software to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. Results Chromatographic peaks for puerarin were separated well by the HPLC method. Conclusions High dose of berberine can significantly enhance puerarin absorption in rats.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of icotinib,and to analyze prognostic factors influencing curative effect in patients with advanced non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 90 non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma patients referred to the Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were evaluable for efficacy. Among the 90 patients,there was none with complete response( CR),55 patients with partial response( PR,61. 1%),28 patients with stable disease( SD,31. 1%) and 7 patients with progression disease( PD,7. 8%). The objective response rate( ORR) was 61. 1%,and the disease control rate( DCR) was 92. 2%. The total progressive free survival was 10. 5( 1. 3 ~ 22. 3) months. Among the 40 patients with EGFR mutations,there was none with CR,28 patients with partial response( PR,70. 0%),12 patients with stable disease( SD,30. 0%). The objective response rate( ORR) was 70. 0%,and the disease control rate( DCR) was 100%. Conclusions Icotinib is effective and safe in patients with advanced non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the prediction of pre-operative neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio( NLR) in thyroid cancer prognosis.Methods Total white blood cell and differential counts of 41 papillary thyroid cancer patients were compared with those of 35 sexmatched patients,who underwent fine needle biopsy for benign thyroid nodules. Pre-and post-operative blood NLRs in the thyroid cancer patient groups( NLR1,NLR2) and control group( NLR0) were calculated. Clinicopathological variables were stratified by NLR tertiles and analyzed. Results Various blood indexes in the benign and malignant groups showed no significant differences,except for TSH( thyroid-stimulating hormone)( P 0. 05). Both tumor size and American Thyroid Association( ATA) risk showed significant differences in NLR tertiles of the thyroid cancer groups( P = 0. 001 and P = 0. 035). No difference between NLR1 and NLR2 was observed( P = 0. 085). Correlation analysis showed that a higher NLR was observed in patients with larger tumors in both the benign and malignant groups( Spearman's rho = 0. 421,P = 0. 006,Spearman's rho = 0. 366,P = 0. 03). NLR1 was higher in the group with tumors larger than 1 cm than that in the group with tumors less than 1 cm( P = 0. 019). NLR1 was positively correlated with ATA( Spearman's rho =0.446,P =0.03). NLR1 in the ATA low-risk group significantly differed from those in the intermediate and highrisk groups( P = 0. 005,P = 0. 002). Multiple linear regression showed that the tumor size in both benign and malignant groups were positively connected with NLR( P = 0. 036,P = 0. 019). Logistic regression analysis showed that the prognosis was associated with NLR( P = 0. 015). Conclusions NLR1 was closely related to the degree of thyroid cancer. The increase in NLR1 affected the ATA risk and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of HER-2 in patients with colorectal cancer and the relationship between its expression and patients,prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HER-2 in 121 cases of colorectal cancer tissue and 66 cases of normal colorectal tissue. Pathological characteristics and clinical data were compared between those two groups. Results HER-2 was positively expressed in 12 cases(18. 2%) of normal tissue and 46 cases(38. 0%) of colorectal cancer tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). The overexpression of HER-2 was not associated with patients,age,gender,tumor size,location and distant metastases( P 0. 05),but associated with differentiation stage,Dukes,stage and lymphatic metastases(P 0. 05). The colorectal cancer patients with overexpression of HER-2 had a significantly lower five-year survival than those with low expression(P 0. 05). Conclusions The expression of HER-2 was associated with the occurrence of colorectal cancer,which could be used as a marker for early detection and prognosis.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of patients' education and counseling on patients' adherence to antihypertensive medications and on blood pressure control in peritoneal dialysis( PD) patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 67 PD patients with hypertension were randomly allocated either to a control group( no pharmaceutical care) or to an intervention group. The pharmacist interventions,aimed to increase medication adherence and blood pressure control,involved educational interventions and counseling tips directed to the patients. Medication adherence and blood pressure control assessed at the baseline visit and at the end of pharmaceutical care were the main outcome measures. Results At the end of the study,medication adherence was significantly higher in the intervention group(47. 06% vs 14. 71%,P 0. 05). Conclusions Pharmacist intervention can significantly improve medication adherence and blood pressure control in PD patients with hypertension.

Abstract: Objective To compare the content of platycodin-D and platycodin-polysaccharides in Radix Platycodonis from different sources. Methods Determination was conducted of the content of platycodin-D and platycodin-polysaccharides in Radix Platycodonis by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry. Results The contents of platycodin-D of Radix Platycodonis from different sources accorded with the standard of pharmacopoeia. There was correlation between platycodin-D and platycodin-polysaccharides in Radix Platycodonis from different sources. Conclusions Multi-index should be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Platycodonis from different sources,to provide evidences for choosing Radix Platycodonis.
