Abstract: There is a special kind of tensile relationship between philosophy and politics.The attitude toward the relationship will certainly exert influences on the understanding of the value of philosophy and the role of philosophers.In terms of this issue,this article explores the public role of philosophers on the basis of the study of the homogeneity and heterogeneity and the roots of the conflicts between philosophy and politics.

Abstract: There are plenty of rich, unique and excellent natural and cultural resources in Lijiang. With the advantageous resources, the development of tourism has become the pillar industry in Lijiang in only about ten years' time, and is the key factor in pushing the full-scale development of social economy in Lijiang. This article discusses the basic strategies of sustainable tourism development in Lijiang pertaining its present conditions of tourism development.

Abstract: The occurrence of agriculture is a major development in the history of human, marking a deep-rooted shift from grabbing economy to producing one. The developing process of the pre-historical agriculture in China could be divided into four stages, from budding to formation, initial development, growth and prosperity, which more or less are equivalent to the early, middle, late and ending Neolithic Age. And it was obviously formed into two big systems, one was the millet-grown system with the middle and lower stream of Huanghe River as the center and the other was the rice-grown system with middle and lower stream of Yangts River as the center. This was decided by the climate, the geography and the origin of grains. The pre-historical agriculture in China occupies an important position in the world pre-historical agriculture.
