TL;DR: This paper intends to reiterate several privacy preserving data mining technologies clearly and then proceeds to analyze the merits and shortcomings of these technologies.
Abstract: Privacy preserving becomes an important issue in the development progress of data mining techniques. Privacy preserving data mining has become increasingly popular because it allows sharing of privacy-sensitive data for analysis purposes. So people have become increasingly unwilling to share their data, frequently resulting in individuals either refusing to share their data or providing incorrect data. In turn, such problems in data collection can affect the success of data mining, which relies on sufficient amounts of accurate data in order to produce meaningful results. In recent years, the wide availability of personal data has made the problem of privacy preserving data mining an important one. A number of methods have recently been proposed for privacy preserving data mining of multidimensional data records. This paper intends to reiterate several privacy preserving data mining technologies clearly and then proceeds to analyze the merits and shortcomings of these technologies.

TL;DR: The results obtained show that approach PSO-SVM gives a better classification in terms of accuracy even though the execution time is increased, which makes it possible to optimize the performance of classifier SVM (Separating with Vast Margin).
Abstract: In many problems of classification, the performances of a classifier are often evaluated by a factor (rate of error).the factor is not well adapted for the complex real problems, in particular the problems multiclass. Our contribution consists in adapting an evolutionary method for optimization of this factor. Among the methods of optimization used we chose the method PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) which makes it possible to optimize the performance of classifier SVM (Separating with Vast Margin). The experiments are carried out on corpus TIMIT. The results obtained show that approach PSO-SVM gives a better classification in terms of accuracy even though the execution time is increased.

TL;DR: A Residual Load Rate based the combination of static and dynamic balance strategy is proposed after analyzing static balance technology and dynamic Balance technology on the purpose of improving the performance of cluster systems.
Abstract: Load balance is an important problem of cluster. The core of cluster task distribution is the load balance algorithm. LVS load balance technology is introduced briefly, the known load balancing algorithms and their merits and demerits are discussed in this paper; A Residual Load Rate based the combination of static and dynamic balance strategy is proposed after analyzing static balance technology and dynamic balance technology on the purpose of improving the performance of cluster systems. The balance strategy combination of static and dynamic balance algorithm, not only to overcome the static load balancing does not take into account real-time loads and reduces times of dispatching assignments between nodes, prevents the servers to be skew, and improves the performance of cluster systems.

TL;DR: The structure of the surface automated inspection system capable of both detecting and classifying surface defects in cold rolling steel strip is described and the algorithms of detect surface defects of steel strip are discussed.
Abstract: The traditional surface quality inspection of steel strip is carried by human inspectors, which is far from satisfactory because of its low productivity, low reliability and poor economy. It is a promising way to inspect surface quality of steel strip based on machine-vision technology. In this paper, the structure of the surface automated inspection system is described. The software and image processing of steel strip surface inspection is presented and the algorithms of detect surface defects of steel strip is discussed. The system is capable of both detecting and classifying surface defects in cold rolling steel strip.

TL;DR: This paper summarizes privacy preserving approaches in data publishing and survey current existing techniques, and analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of these approaches.
Abstract: Privacy preserving in data publishing has become one of the most important research topics in data security field and it has become a serious concern in publication of personal data in recent years. How to efficiently protect individual privacy in data publishing is especially critical. Thus, various proposals have been designed for privacy preserving in data publishing. In this paper, we summarize privacy preserving approaches in data publishing and survey current existing techniques, and analyze the advantage and disadvantage of these approaches. We divide these proposals into two categories, one is to achieve the purpose of privacy preserving based on k-anonymity model, and the other is to utilize the methods of probability or statistics to protect data privacy in the case of the statistical properties of the final data and classification properties are unchanged. For example, clustering, randomization approaches. Finally, we discuss the future directions of privacy preserving in data publishing.
