E-Commerce Trends for Organizational Advancement: New Applications and Methods

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the determinants of users' intention to continue to invest in cryptocurrencies. The paper also aims to examine the impact of hedonic motivation and the legal environment on perceived value in cryptocurrencies. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was designed to obtain data from 258 respondents in UAE. The Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used to evaluate the research model and test the hypotheses. Findings The results of smart PLS path analysis showed that perceived value, hedonic motivation, gambling attitude, and price volatility were significant determinants of the continued intention to invest in cryptocurrency. This study also revealed that hedonic motivation enhances perceived value and improves the perception of cryptocurrencies value from user's perspective. Originality/value This study provides new insights into the literature on cryptocurrencies adoption, and delivers advanced understanding about the determinants of user's intention to continue investing in cryptocurrencies. In addition, the study provides important practical implications for cryptocurrencies companies to promote this financial technology to users by enhancing the knowledge of policy makers about how investors think and get motivated towards a continued investment of cryptocurrencies.

This article’s purpose is to assess the influence of E-CRM on consumer loyalty through satisfaction. Electronic customer relationship management E-CRM is a marketing tool used to manage consumer loyalty. However, the adoption of outdated E-CRM strategies increases dissatisfaction and attrition rates. That is, to assess the effect of perceived quality online, online customization, and customer trust on loyalty from online shoppers’ perspectives. This quantitative explanatory study begins with an exploratory factor analysis to simplify the concept’s dimensions. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of Lebanese customers as a measurement instrument. Data analysis used factor analysis, followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using a structural model,and later regression. EFA is a fundamental prerequisite to CFA. Then, principal factor analysis (PCA) verified items for each construct dimension. The removal of items with low contributions improved the value of the KMO test, variance explained, and internal reliability measured with Cronbach’s alpha, which  increased to 0.865. PCA extracted factors by restoring a minimum of 50% of the variance. The CFA relies on normed indices, sustaining the adjustment of the theoretical structure. Absolute fit criteria are highlighted: the RMSEA, GFI, and AGFI. Findings supported the idea that E-CRM strategies concentrating on online service quality, online presence, customization, and customer trust develop e-satisfaction and loyalty. Effective E-CRM satisfies customers and increases their e-satisfaction, leading to higher levels of loyalty. These outcomes increase awareness about the strategic value of E-CRM to businesses, and the paper serves as an eye-opener for future researchers and marketing experts.

E-satisfaction as a mediator between consumer loyalty and E-CRM: The context of Lebanese e-commerce

To analyze the influencing factors on the growth of economic and management talents in China's Sichuan Province, this paper constructs an analysis framework for the growth of economic and management talents, takes 340 economic management scholars in 53 higher education institutions in Sichuan Province as the research objects, uses CV analysis to organize their CVs and information, and constructs an evaluation index system combined with system science theory for the influencing factors from five dimensions: Educational experience, work experience, research experience, part-time experience, and award experience. Correlation analysis and structural equation model are used to systematically analyze the influencing factors on the growth of economic and management talents. The experimental results show that work experience, research experience, and award experience have a direct positive significant influence on talent growth; research experience and award experience play mediating roles in the influence of talent growth. This paper enriches the theoretical dimensions of this research field and explores the interactions among these factors. It also helps to improve the cultivation and development mode of economic and management talents in the western region. Furthermore, it provides guidance and reference for the role of talents in promoting economic growth, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development.

The Influencing Factors on the Growth of Economic and Management Talents Based on Structural Equation Model—A Case Study of Sichuan Province

Abstract This paper aims to propose a new trend in research which integrates the online customer relationship management through the perspectives of perceived value, satisfaction, and e-trust regarding the online restaurant in Chinese e-CRM business backgrounds. This study constructs a structural equation model to analyze the online restaurant marketing with the research perspective of the relationships among perceived value, satisfaction and e-Trust, corresponding to the cognitive belief, affective experiences and cognitive behavior of e-CRM. This model proposes six hypotheses concerning the relationships among perceived value, satisfaction and e-trust, aiming to demonstrate the predominant factors affecting the online restaurant sales and further to have a better understanding of the customers’ preferences on placing orders and purchases in the online context. The results show that there is a series of connections among perceived value, satisfaction and e-trust, and most of them are important. First, the perceived value has an incentive effect on satisfaction, e-trust, and customers’ commitment to a relationship. Second, satisfaction has a positive impact on e-trust and leads to the commitment to a relationship. Third, e-trust positively affects the consumer commitment to a relationship. In addition, production quality, service quality and price fairness have a significant impact on the perceived value.
