Luminescence and thermal behaviors of free and trapped excitons in cesium lead halide perovskite nanosheets
Xiangzhou Lao,Zhi Yang,Zhicheng Su,Zilan Wang,Honggang Ye,Honggang Ye,Minqiang Wang,Xi Yao,Shijie Xu +8 more
TL;DR: The emission properties and luminescence mechanism of all-inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 nanosheets (NSs) were investigated using steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopic techniques and shed some light on the complicated luminescent mechanism.

The Zn-vacancy related green luminescence and donor–acceptor pair emission in ZnO grown by pulsed laser deposition
TL;DR: A low temperature (10 K) photoluminescence study showed that green luminescence peaking at 2.47 eV and near band edge (NBE) emission at 3.23 eV are introduced in undoped ZnO grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) after 900 °C annealing as mentioned in this paper.
Vacancy cluster in ZnO films grown by pulsed laser deposition
Zilan Wang,Caiqin Luo,W. Anwand,Andreas Wagner,Maik Butterling,M. Azizar Rahman,Matthew R. Phillips,Cuong Ton-That,Muhammad Younas,Muhammad Younas,Shichen Su,Shichen Su,Francis Chi-Chung Ling +12 more
TL;DR: Positron annihilation spectroscopy study (PAS) shows that the dominant VZn-related defect in the as-grown undoped ZnO grown with relative low oxygen pressure P(O2) is a vacancy cluster (most likely a VZN-nVO complex with n = 2, 3) rather than the isolated VZm which has a lower formation energy.
A novel model on time-resolved photoluminescence measurements of polar InGaN/GaN multi-quantum-well structures.
Yuchen Xing,Lai Wang,Di Yang,Zilan Wang,Zhibiao Hao,Changzheng Sun,Bing Xiong,Yi Luo,Yanjun Han,Jing Wang,Hongtao Li +10 more
TL;DR: From the study of TRPL curves at different temperatures, it is found that both radiative and non-radiative recombination coefficients vary from low temperature to room temperature, which suggests that there is a novel method to calculate the internal quantum efficiency, which is a complement to the traditional one based on temperature dependent photoluminescence measurement.
Consistency on Two Kinds of Localized Centers Examined from Temperature-Dependent and Time-Resolved Photoluminescence in InGaN/GaN Multiple Quantum Wells
Zilan Wang,Lai Wang,Yuchen Xing,Di Yang,Jiadong Yu,Zhibiao Hao,Changzheng Sun,Bing Xiong,Yanjun Han,Jing Wang,Hongtao Li,Yi Luo +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the thermal evolution of carriers' decay process is examined by spectroscopic approaches in high-efficiency InGaN/GaN multiple quantum well (MQW) samples.
