Effect of chemical segregation on nanobainitic transformation in laser cladded coatings
TL;DR: In this paper, laser cladding and subsequent isothermal holding were employed to fabricate the Fe-based nanobainitic coatings and the results showed that the elements of Mn, Cr, and Si segregated at the prior austenite interdendritic regions.

Phase constituents and growth mechanism of laser in situ synthesized WC reinforced composite coating with W-C-Ni system
TL;DR: In this article, the in situ synthesis of nickel-based composite coating reinforced with WC particle on mild steel has been investigated, and the results show a planar crystal at the interface and some relatively coarse columnar dendrites on the side of the coating near the substrate.

TL;DR: In this paper, a manufacturing method for deep hole bottom sealing surface surfacing of a valve part based on a laser cladding technology is described, where a counter bore is processed at the bottom of a deep hole of the valve body, and the pore diameter and the height of the counter bore are the design dimensions of the surfacing alloy sealing surface of valve part.
