Highly CO2-Tolerant Cathode for Intermediate-Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells: Samarium-Doped Ceria-Protected SrCo0.85Ta0.15O3-δ Hybrid.
Mengran Li,Wei Zhou,Zhonghua Zhu +2 more
TL;DR: It is observed that the CO2 tolerance of the hybrid cathode outperforms the pure SCT15 cathode by over 5 times at 550 °C, likely attributable to the low CO2 adsorption and reactivity of the SDC protective layer.

A porous yttria-stabilized zirconia layer to eliminate the delamination of air electrode in solid oxide electrolysis cells
TL;DR: In this article, a porous YSZ layer between the LSM electrode and the yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte was used to release the oxygen pressure.

Effects of pre-treatment in air microwave plasma on the structure of CNTs and the activity of Ru/CNTs catalysts for ammonia decomposition
TL;DR: In this paper, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were treated in air microwave plasma at three different microwave powers 80, 100 and 150 W. The results showed that the bulk structure and the texture of the CNTs were unchanged, but phenolic hydroxyls and carboxyls appeared on the surface.

A robust ethane-selective metal-organic framework with nonpolar pore surface for efficient C2H6/C2H4 separation
TL;DR: In this article, a hydrophobic methyl group-modified metal-organic framework (MOF) was designed for one-step efficient purification of C2H4 from C 2H6-C 2H4 mixture.
