Arabidopsis cryptochrome 1 functions in nitrogen regulation of flowering.
Shu Yuan,Zhong-Wei Zhang,Chong Zheng,Zhong-Yi Zhao,Yu Wang,Lingyang Feng,Guoqi Niu,Chang-Quan Wang,Jian-Hui Wang,Hong Feng,Fei Xu,Fang Bao,Yong Hu,Ying Cao,Ligeng Ma,Haiyang Wang,Dongdong Kong,Wei Xiao,Hong-Hui Lin,Yikun He +19 more
TL;DR: N signaling functions as a modulator of nuclear CRY1 protein abundance, as well as the input signal for the central circadian clock to interfere with the normal flowering process, in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Effect of Low Temperature on Chlorophyll Biosynthesis and Chloroplast Biogenesis of Rice Seedlings during Greening
Yuqing Zhao,Qiao-Hong Han,Chunbang Ding,Yan Huang,Jinqiu Liao,Tao Chen,Shiling Feng,Lijun Zhou,Zhong-Wei Zhang,Yang-Er Chen,Shu Yuan,Ming Yuan +11 more
TL;DR: Chilling stress had no effect on the development of epidermis cells, but the stomata were smaller under chilling stress than those at 28 °C, which promotes more comprehensive understanding in that chilling could inhibit chlorophyll biosynthesis and cause oxidative damages during greening.

Extraction, antioxidant and antibacterial activities of Broussonetia papyrifera fruits polysaccharides
Qiao-Hong Han,Zi-Li Wu,Bo Huang,Liang-Qi Sun,Chunbang Ding,Shu Yuan,Zhong-Wei Zhang,Yang-Er Chen,Chao Hu,Lijun Zhou,Jing Liu,Yan Huang,Jinqiu Liao,Ming Yuan +13 more
TL;DR: Polysaccharides were extracted from Broussonetia papyrifera (BPP), and response surface methodology was used to maximize extraction yield, and BPP-3 showed the best hydroxyl radial scavenging activity, ferric reducing activity power (FRAP), antihemolytic activity and antibacterial activity.

Extraction, purification and characterization of polysaccharides from Hawk tea.
TL;DR: The extraction, purification and characterization of polysaccharides from Hawk mature leaf tea (HMP) were investigated and provide a scientific basis for the further use of poly Saccharide from this traditional herb tea.

Narrow-wide row planting pattern improves the light environment and seed yields of intercrop species in relay intercropping system
Lingyang Feng,Muhammad Ali Raza,Chen Yuankai,Muhammad Hayder Bin Khalid,Tehseen Ahmad Meraj,Faiza Ahsan,Yuanfang Fan,Junbo Du,Xiaoling Wu,Chun Song,Chuanyan Liu,George Bawa,Zhong-Wei Zhang,Shu Yuan,Feng Yang,Wenyu Yang +15 more
TL;DR: It is revealed that narrow-wide-row relay-intercropping improves the light interception across maize leaves in wide rows and narrow rows, accelerated the biomass production of intercrop-species and compensated the slight maize yield loss by considerably increasing the soybean yield.
