A park assembly includes a park gear, a pawl that engages and disengages the park gear, a park rod that causes the pawl to engage with the park gear and to disengage from the park gear, a servo, and a bellcrank transmitting a first force to the park rod causes the pawl to disengage from the park gear in response to a second force substantially greater than the first force and produced by the servo.

Parking locking mechanism for automatic transmissions

Classical imbibition theory cannot describe imbibition flow dynamics in nanoporous media in tight reservoirs and other industrial applications. In this work, the two-phase imbibition flow of water-oil displacement in silica nanochannels is studied by using molecular dynamics simulations. Interestingly, it is found that the two-phase imbibition length is shown to increase linearly with increasing time, which is inconsistent with the variation of single-phase imbibition length. The imbibition rate increases with the increase of external driving force, and the large channel height can accelerate the two-phase imbibition flow. As the increase of chain length of alkane molecules, the imbibition rate reduces gradually. The more oil-wet the silica surface is, the slower the imbibition rate is. Furthermore, we derive a theoretical model to describe the two-phase imbibition flow of water-oil displacement in nanochannels by considering the static force equilibrium of external driving forces, capillary forces, and viscous forces of the water and oil phases. The theoretical model can well describe the two-phase imbibition flow under various conditions using the pre-calculated oil-water interfacial tension, the viscosity of fluids, and the three-phase contact angle. This study will enrich the theoretical understanding of oil-water two-phase flow at nanoscale. 

Two-Phase Imbibition of Water-Oil Displacement in Silica Nanochannels

The invention discloses a clutch hydraulic control device of a double-clutch automatic transmission. The clutch hydraulic control device comprises an odd-number gear clutch oil pressure adjustment system, an even-number gear clutch oil pressure adjustment system, an odd-number gear shifting system and an even-number gear shifting system. The odd-number gear clutch oil pressure adjustment system comprises an odd-number gear clutch, an odd-number gear clutch proportional electromagnetic valve and an odd-number gear clutch reversing valve. The odd-number gear clutch reversing valve is connected between the odd-number gear clutch and the odd-number gear clutch proportional electromagnetic valve in series and configured to carry out pressure relief on the odd-number gear clutch when the odd-number gear clutch proportional electromagnetic valve is blocked at the high position. The even-number gear clutch oil pressure adjustment system comprises an even-number gear clutch, an even-number gear clutch proportional electromagnetic valve and an even-number gear clutch reversing valve. The even-number gear clutch reversing valve is connected between the even-number gear clutch and the even-number gear clutch proportional electromagnetic valve in series and configured to carry out pressure relief on the even-number gear clutch when the even-number gear clutch proportional electromagnetic valve is blocked at the high position.

Clutch hydraulic control device of double-clutch automatic transmission

The entrance loss of capillary flow at the nanoscale is crucial but often overlooked. This study investigates the entrance loss of capillary flow in narrow slit nanochannels using molecular dynamics simulations. The results show that the early stage of capillary flow is determined by entrance loss. During this period, capillary length increases linearly while the capillary velocity remains constant. The effect of length-dependent friction loss becomes more apparent in the subsequent stages, causing the capillary length to deviate from linear and the capillary velocity to decrease. Roscoe's equation, which describes the flow through an infinitely thin slit, is used to model the entrance loss. Finite element simulations of flow through slits of varying height and length demonstrate the validity of Roscoe's equation in the continuum theory framework. Based on this, a capillary flow model is proposed that can accurately depict the hydrodynamic behavior of capillary flow. Additionally, an approximate model ignoring the friction loss is proposed that predicts the linear increase of capillary length at the early stage. Theoretical analysis shows that the effect of entrance loss on capillary velocity is limited to the early stage, while the effect on capillary length can be extended to a large scale. Overall, the results of this study and the proposed models provide important theoretical support for applications related to capillary flow in nanoslits. The study emphasizes the importance of considering entrance loss in the early stages of capillary flow and demonstrates the applicability of Roscoe's equation in modeling capillary flow in nanochannels.

By aid of arrangement of the bearing pins and the intermittent motion rod, slipping speed and control precision of the parking brake mechanism are increased; and by aid of sliding connection in a line contact form, service life of the brake mechanism is prolonged.
