Federated Learning for Distributed Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation
Zelin Ji,Zhijin Qin +1 more
- 20 Apr 2022
TL;DR: Analysis and numerical results show that the proposed FRL_suc framework can lower the transmission overhead and offload the computation from the central server to the local users, while outperforming the conventional multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm in terms of EE, and is more robust to channel variations.
Pathway to Intelligent Radio
Zhijin Qin,Geoffrey Ye Li +1 more
TL;DR: The recent advances on ML in communications, especially those that can be applied to CR straightforwardly, are introduced, and those AI techniques that have been specifically designed to make spectrum sensing and spectrum access intelligent are discussed.
Robust Semantic Communications Against Semantic Noise
Qiyu Hu,Guangyi Zhang,Zhijin Qin,Yunlong Cai,Guanding Yu +4 more
- 07 Feb 2022
TL;DR: Simulation results show that the proposed framework improves the robustness of semantic communication systems against semantic noise with significant reduction on the transmission overhead.
Low-Power Wide-Area Networks for Sustainable IoT
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provide a brief overview of the existing LPWA technologies and useful insights to aid the large-scale deployment of LPWA networks, such as NB-IoT and LoRa.
Semantic Communication for the Internet of Vehicles: A Multiuser Cooperative Approach
TL;DR: In this article , a cooperative semantic-aware architecture is proposed to convey essential semantics from collaborated users to servers for lessening data traffic in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV).
