An oriented antibody immobilization based electrochemical platform for detection of leptin in human with different body mass index
Congcong Zhang,Zhenguo Zhang,Lisheng Liu,Zhenguo Zhang,Hua Li,Susanne Vaudt,Jinchun Hu,Jiancheng Zhang,Han Zhou,Zhenguo Zhang,Xin Du +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an electrochemical biosensor used reduced graphene oxide-gold nanomaterials (rGO-Au) to modify the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and bionanocapsule-ZZ (ZZ-BNC) to vertically orient the antibody for detection of leptin.

Construction of equivalent single planar fault model for strike-slip stepovers
TL;DR: In this article, a planar fault model for a given stepover fault was constructed by introducing a heterogeneous distribution of static friction coefficient, and the authors showed that the influence of geometric discontinuity of stepovers on rupture dynamics is equivalent to a barrier of the planar model.

Implementation of efficient low-storage techniques for 3-D seismic simulation using the curved grid finite-difference method
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors developed three optimized multi-GPU solvers for seismic simulation using the curved grid finite-difference method (CGFDM), and performed a series of seismic simulations to verify the accuracy, stability, and validity of the optimized solver coupled with the two techniques.

Strong Ground Motion Simulations of the 2023 Turkey–Syria Earthquake Sequence Using CGFDM3D-EQR
Zhenguo Zhang,Zhenguo Zhang,Jennifer K. Richer,Jennifer K. Richer,Gabriele Jutz,Gabriele Jutz +5 more
- 15 May 2023
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors employed the USGS's finite fault inversion results as kinematic source input to model the two earthquakes' strong ground motion using the CGFDM3D-EQR platform.

Extreme-scale earthquake simulations on Sunway TaihuLight
Haohuan Fu,Bingwei Chen,Wenqiang Zhang,Zhenguo Zhang,Wei Zhang,Guangwen Yang,Xiaofei Chen +6 more
- 01 May 2019
TL;DR: The major challenges for developing an accurate earthquake simulation tool on supercomputers are discussed and systematic approaches to resolve the memory bandwidth constraint are managed to achieve 8% to 16% efficiency.
