The Implementation of a Novel Adaptive Beam-forming Method Based on LMS Algorithm
Xiaohua Song,Liping Zhang,Zhenghe Feng +2 more
- 18 Apr 2007
TL;DR: A novel LMS SLC algorithm which is designed for the TDMA digital beam-forming smart antenna system working under strong interferences environment is proposed and analyzed and suitable for FPGA (field programmable gate array) architectures to achieve high computational efficiency.

Design and preliminary evaluation of a compact four-element terminal multiple-input multiple-output antenna for receiving antenna selection
TL;DR: In this article, a compact four-element multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna for receiving antenna selection at 2.3 GHz is designed and evaluated, and several subset antenna selection schemes are recommended in indoor application scenarios, which will contribute to compact terminal MIMO antenna design and optimisation complexity reduction.

Low profile parasitic antenna array of monopole by using dielectric resonator ring
Wenhua Chen,Bing Bai,Zhenghe Feng +2 more
- 01 Jan 2003
TL;DR: Using a dielectric resonator ring around the monopole to reduce the profile of the parasitic antenna array, it was shown that less than 50% of the original height can be achieved as discussed by the authors.

A millimeter-wave sequential power amplifier
Guansheng Lv,Wenhua Chen,Zhenghe Feng +2 more
- 01 May 2017
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a millimeter-wave sequential power amplifier (SPA) at the frequency of 26GHz for the first time, which consists of a 3dB power divider, two GaAs power amplifier chips acting as the main and peaking amplifier respectively, and an 8dB output coupler.
