A 250-MHz g m -C filter with discrete tuning scheme in 0.18-μm CMOS for UWB receiver
M. Kumarasamy Raja,M. Annamalai Arasu,Zhao Bin,Henry Kok Fong Ong,Yuan Xiaojun +4 more
- 22 Dec 2009
TL;DR: In this article, a low noise, 250-MHz fifth order 0.1 dB ripple chebyshev g m -C filter, with a novel discrete tuning scheme is presented, which switches ON/OFF small g m cells which are connected in parallel to the main g m cell, to correct for the shift in the cutoff frequency f c.
