TL;DR: In this article, a novel Ti/PbO2 electrode modified with Ti4O7 was synthesized through electrochemical deposition method and the surface morphology and electrochemical performance of the as-prepared electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Linear Sweep Voltammetric (LSV), Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), etc.
