Hybrid Transmission Time Intervals for TCP Slow Start in Mobile Edge Computing System
Siqi Mu,Shiyu Wu,Ming Liu,Naizheng Zheng,Hong Zhou,Yong Teng,Xia Chen,Qi Zhang,Yawen Zheng,Zhangdui Zhong,Hao Guan +10 more
- 01 Aug 2018
TL;DR: A novel scheduling scheme with hybrid transmission time intervals (TTI) is proposed to improve the performance of Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) transmission in Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) systems and can achieve high performance improvement for eMBB users while not affecting LLC users.

Cooperative regions for decode and forward strategies over Rayleigh fading channels
Jianfei Cao,Zhangdui Zhong,Bo Ai,Dongmei Zhao +3 more
- 01 Sep 2009
TL;DR: The Cooperative Gain (CG) is defined to evaluate the benefits of cooperation over direct transmission under high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and with the presence of Rayleigh fading and path loss, the appropriate Cooperative Region (CR) is illustrated.

Editorial: Ad Hoc Networking and Emerging Applications
TL;DR: This special issue includes six high quality papers on the topic of ad hoc networking and emerging applications, including a new immune inspired algorithm, called the Clonal Selection Algorithm for Multi-agent Itinerary Planning (CSA-MIP), for solving the MIP problem in wireless sensor networks.
Assessment Scheme for Performance of GSM-R
Siyu Lin,Zhangdui Zhong,Bo Ai +2 more
TL;DR: This paper proposes a scheme for assessment of quality of service (QoS) for train control data transmission based on grey clustering (GC) theory, and quantitatively assesses QoS of GSM-R network through a simple way, grades the system performance.

Measurement uncertainty introduced by instruments in frequency domain channel measurement systems with a covariance-based analysis
Xin Zhou,Zhangdui Zhong,Xin Bian,Lei Xiong,Ke Guan,Ruisi He,Ke Liu,Jianqiang Wu +7 more
- 26 May 2015
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the measurement uncertainty introduced by measurement instruments in frequency domain channel measurement systems and suggested the response calibration method for channel measurements based on the uncertainty analysis, which is the first time to provide the suggestion based on quantitative analysis.
