Composition analysis and antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Dendrobium denneanum
TL;DR: Three polysaccharide fractions (DDP1-1, DDP2-1 and DDP3-1) were successfully purified from the crude poly Saccharide of Dendrobium denneanum by DEAE-Cellulose and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography and on the basis of antioxidant test in vitro, D DP2-2 exhibited the highest antioxidant ability among these samples.

In vitro antioxidant activities of a water-soluble polysaccharide derived from Dendrobium nobile Lindl. extracts
TL;DR: The evaluation of antioxidant activity in vitro revealed that DNP is a novel potential antioxidant.

Genome-wide researches and applications on Dendrobium
TL;DR: This review summarizes current knowledge of chromosome characterization, genetic mapping, genomic sequencing, quality formation, floral transition, propagation, and identification in Dendrobium.

Characterization and Antitumor Activity of a Polysaccharide from Sarcodia ceylonensis
TL;DR: SCP-60 at a high dose (100 mg/kg) could significantly increase the thymic and splenic indices of S180 mice, and strongly promote the secretion of IL-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ, increase the SOD activities and reduce the concentrations of MDA in blood.

Transcriptome analysis reveals the effects of red and blue light on the physiological and medicinal components of Dendrobium denneanum
TL;DR: In this paper , Dendrobium denneanum was treated with irradiation for 4 h (A), 8 h (B) and 12 h (C) every day.
