Multiparametric scaling of diffraction intensities.
Zbyszek Otwinowski,Dominika Borek,Wladyslaw Majewski,Wladek Minor +3 more
TL;DR: A novel multiparametric scaling method for diffraction intensities minimizes disagreement among multiple measurements and includes various corrections for various instrumental and data-collection problems.

Structure of the Type III Secretion Effector Protein ExoU in Complex with Its Chaperone SpcU.
Andrei S. Halavaty,Dominika Borek,Gregory H. Tyson,Jeff L. Veesenmeyer,Ludmilla Shuvalova,George Minasov,Zbyszek Otwinowski,Alan R. Hauser,Wayne F. Anderson +8 more
TL;DR: X-ray structures of the ExoU and its chaperone SpcU are described in this article, where the authors describe the 192 A X-ray structure of the exoU-SpcU complex.

Crystal structure and putative function of small Toprim domain-containing protein from Bacillus stearothermophilus.
TL;DR: The crystal structure of the Midwest Center for Structural Genomics target APC35832, a 14.7‐kDa cytosolic protein from Bacillus stearothermophilus, has been determined and shows a conserved Toprim fold, with a central 4‐stranded parallel β‐sheet surrounded by four α‐helixes.

Method for accurate sequencing of dna
Zbyszek Otwinowski,Dominika Borek +1 more
- 28 May 2013
TL;DR: In this paper, the error probability of the consensus sequence approximates a multiplication of those of the first and second strands of the dsDNA sequence, and the first-and second-strands are sequenced independently and then combined to generate a consensus sequence.

Automatic System for Crystallographic Data Collection and Analysis
TL;DR: The goal of the newly developed HKL-2000 package is to integrate all computational activities that have to be performed during the data collection experiment, which includes indexing, integration, scaling, and even phasing.
