Abstract: Radiative decays of the ψ (2 S ) into γKKπ and γηπ + π − final states are studied using 14 million ψ (2 S ) events collected with the BESII detector. Branching fractions or upper limits on the branching fractions of ψ (2 S ) and χ cJ decays are reported. No significant signal for η (1405) /η (1475) is observed in the KKπ or ηπ + π − mass spectra, and upper limits on the branching fractions of ψ (2 S ) → γη (1405) /η (1475), η (1405) /η (1475) → KKπ and ηπ + π − are determined.

TL;DR: In this article, the BES-II detector at the BEPC Collider measured the lowest order cross sections and the R values (R = sigma(0)(e+e--> hadrons)/sigma( 0)(e-->mu+mu-)) for inclusive hadronic event production at the centre-of-mass energies of 3.650, 3.6648 and 3.773 GeV.
