Construction and optimization of a photo−enzyme coupled system for sustainable CO2 conversion to methanol
TL;DR: In this paper , the photo−enzyme coupled system (PECS) was used for continuous synthesis of methanol, where three enzymes were co-immobilized on a hollow fiber membrane (HFM) module, which was then integrated with a photocatalytic NADH regeneration system to constitute a PECS.

- 12 Apr 2022
TL;DR: The directed-evolution-enabled bifunctional turnover of ChaP is presented, which is a homotetramer and represents an unprecedented VOC enzyme class and highlights the unpredicted catalytic versatility and enzymatic plasticity of VOC enzymes with biotechnological significance.
