- 01 Jan 2022
TL;DR: In this article , a simplified average model is developed to quantify the maximum and minimum SM capacitor voltage during the low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) test, and a SM capacitor energy balancing approach is proposed to mitigate the transient overvoltage, which limits the SM capacitance voltage within 60%~110% of the rated voltage.

Preliminary results from HERKULES-1: a phase 1b/2, open-label, multicenter study of ERAS-007, an oral ERK1/2 inhibitor, in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors
J. Wang,Minal A. Barve,Meredith S. Pelster,Xi Chen,Z Li,J H Gordon,Markus Reiss,Shweta Pai,Gs. Falchook,Anthony W. Tolcher +9 more
TL;DR: The HERKULES-1 study as discussed by the authors evaluated ERAS-007 in patients with metastatic solid tumors refractory to standard therapies and demonstrated a monitorable and manageable AE profile consistent with the underlying mechanism of action.
