TL;DR: In this article , seven patients with treated MM and negative FDG PET/CT underwent amino acid imaging by 11C-methionine PET and showed focal uptake corresponding with lytic lesion; these five patients had from 2 to 18 lesions with lesion SUVmax ranging from 2.8 to 6.4.
