- 12 Nov 2008
TL;DR: In this article, a method for removing organic sulfur in diesel fuel by using composite extractant was proposed, which is characterized in that: first, the diesel fuel is oxidized by oxidant and catalyst; secondly, the composite extractants and the oxidized diesel fuel are mixed and oscillated, stand and then perform layer separation, and a diesel fuel layer and an extractant layer are separated; thirdly, the separated extractantlayer is distilled and the extractant is reclaimed; and the steps can be performed for 1 to 4 times.

Method for removing sulfide in catalytically cracked gasoline by oxidation-extraction
Lijuan Feng,Sulian Zheng,Yuyan Zhao,Chun Hu Li,Yingmin Yu,Yingfei Hou +5 more
- 12 Nov 2008
TL;DR: In this article, a method for removing sulfides in catalytic gasoline by utilizing oxidation and extraction, which is characterized in that: after mixing and dissolving with an amphiphatic catalyst, oxidant is added and then heating and stirring reaction is performed; oxidized gasoline obtained is cooled and centrifugally separated, and the gasoline and the amphiphastic catalyst are respectively reclaimed; unreacted oxidant in the oxidised gasoline is removed; the oxidized gas is extracted by utilization of extractant, and low-sulfur gasoline is obtained finally.
