The small molecule chemical compound cinobufotalin attenuates resistance to DDP by inducing ENKUR expression to suppress MYH9-mediated c-Myc deubiquitination in lung adenocarcinoma
Jiahao Liu,Huiling Yang,Shuting Deng,Zhe Hu,Weifeng Chen,Weiting Yan,Rentao Hou,Yonghao Li,Ruiting Xian,Yingying Xie,Yun Su,Li-yang Wu,Ping Xu,Zhijie Zhu,Xiong Liu,Yushu Deng,Yubing Wang,Zhen Liu,Weiyi Fang +18 more
TL;DR: The data demonstrated that CB is a promising antitumour drug and may be a candidate chemotherapeutic drug for LUAD patients and ENKUR was shown to function as a tumour suppressor by binding to β-catenin to decrease c-Jun expression, thus suppressing MYH9 transcription.

Technological Advances of 3D Scaffold-Based Stem Cell/Exosome Therapy in Tissues and Organs
Chenyang Gu,Jia Feng,Jia Feng,Ahmed Waqas,Yushu Deng,Yifan Zhang,Wanghao Chen,Jun Long,Shiying Huang,Lukui Chen +9 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper reviewed the recent progress in stem cell (SC) therapy with 3D scaffolds over the past 5 years (2016-2020), and showed that normal SC/exosome therapy can improve the structure and function of diseased and damaged tissues and organs.

Designing a multi-epitope vaccine against coxsackievirus B based on immunoinformatics approaches
Sichao Huang,Congcong Zhang,Jianing Li,Zongmao Dai,Jingjing Huang,F. Deng,Xumeng Wang,Xinxin Yue,Yuxuan Li,Yushu Deng,Yanhang Wang,Wenran Zhao,Zhaohua Zhong,Yan Wang +13 more
TL;DR: In this article , a multi-epitope vaccine for the prevention of Coxsackievirus B (CVB) infection was proposed by using immunoinformatics methods.
New Insights into Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Neurodegenerative Disorders.
Jiale Liu,Wenjie Duan,Yushu Deng,Qiankun Zhang,Rong Li,J. Long,Waqas Ahmed,Chenyang Gu,Hengsen Cai,Yong Hu,Lukui Chen +10 more
TL;DR: A review of the existing literature and insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases is presented in this paper , where the authors also provide new insights into new molecular theories and mechanisms.
Comparison of ketamine/xylazine and isoflurane anesthesia on the establishment of mouse middle cerebral artery occlusion model
Chenyang Gu,Jiale Liu,Yajing Li,Qiankun Zhang,Chaoqun Lin,Jiajun Huang,Wenjie Duan,Yushu Deng,Waqas Ahmed,Rong Li,J. Long,A. A. Khan,Lukui Chen +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a mouse MCAO model was successfully modeled under isoflurane (ISO) and ketamine/xylazine (KX) anesthesia, which demonstrated that the success rate of the model under KX anesthesia would be significantly higher than that under ISO anesthesia.
