Law is considered as a rule that applies in society, both traditional and modern societies. Naturally the calm and serenity of life is achieved if the community provides control, social supervision, both written and unwritten. Realistically these elements of social oversight will experience changes and developments both in evolution and revolution in accordance with the development of society. Implementation of regulations is a manifestation of the desire of the rule of law so that the function of social control and social control can be embodied in society. Therefore, both the law and society must adjust to the development that occurs, so that harmony occurs between the two. This is as stated by Rosana (2013) and Utari & Arifin (2019).

Legal Reform Discourse in Indonesia and Global Context: How Does The Law Respond to Crime

The purpose of this research is to find out what criminal cases were carried out by punk children, then what factors behind them committed the crime, and why they could enter the punk community. Punk kids are always associated with a negative action, look weird, steal, children are slang, immoral, and other negative things. Sometimes punk children choose to live on the road not only a factor in the conditions of economic difficulties, but also because they enjoy environmental conditions on the road, they feel their families do not care, and lack of education. The research method used in conducting research on the criminal acts of punk children community is to use qualitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach. Qualitative research methods according to Lexy J Moleong are research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is understood by the subject of research, such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, etc., holistically and in description in the form of words and language in a natural context Data collection uses quantitative methods. The results of the study concluded that criminal acts or crimes by punk children were carried out due to economic, family, environmental factors, and lack of education.

Punk Community in Criminology Study (Study in Ngaliyan District, Semarang City)

The success of community empowerment programs is influenced by efforts to re-interpret the community as an object of empowerment. In traditional Minangkabau, a community is identical to the Kaum, a group of people classified by matrilineal lineage. Solid relationships and cooperation that are part of communal interaction in Kaum significantly are instrumental in fulfilling social and personal needs. This article tries to answer a fundamental question of how social networks of economic welfare based on the Kaum as a model of empowering Islamic society. To answer this question, the inductive logic of multiple case designs is used by taking five (5) Kaum in Nagari Tabek Patah as the locus of the study. This case study used NVIVO in the data processing. This research reveals that kaum social networks are formed naturally in the community, strengthened by customary norms and laws, and become a controller in realizing economic welfare.

This research aims to study the teenagers interest toward punk community. Having qualitative method with interview, observation, and documentation, this research involved six respondents from the oi and skinhead community. Result shows internal and external factors in which internal factors are need for freedom, need for existence, identity crisis and influencing each others. Meanwhile external factors are unharmonious relationship with their family, peer influence and interest toward rock punk musi and punk make up.

Street children's rights are often neglected, including their right to receive religious education.This study examines the dimensions of religiosity of street children and the influencing factors, as well as the appropriate mentoring method for them. Data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, and focused group discussions were analyzed, and the results indicate that family, educational institutions, and social environment influence street children's religiosity. This study is built upon the researchers' experience carrying out a religious mentoring program for street children. The study suggests that street children maintain a sense of religiosity and its various dimensions. Formulating religious mentoring programs that align with the dimensions of religiosity is recommended.
