Simulation study on the anti-penetration performance and energy absorption characteristics of honeycomb aluminum sandwich structure
TL;DR: In this paper , the anti-penetration performance and energy absorption characteristics of the honeycomb aluminum core structure were studied through numerical simulation, and the effect of the face/back plate thickness ratio and the shape of the core layer unit on the performance of the aluminum sandwich structure with a regular hexagonal honeycomb were compared and analyzed with a theoretical model of equivalent target calculation.

4'-Ethynylstavudine (4'-Ed4T) has potent anti-HIV-1 activity with reduced toxicity and shows a unique activity profile against drug-resistant mutants.
TL;DR: This compound was found to be more anti-HIV-1 active than the parent compound stavudine (d4T) and much less toxic to various cells and also to mitochondrial DNA synthesis.

Interaction of β-l-2′,3′-dideoxy-2′,3′-didehydro-5-fluoro-CTP with Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 Reverse Transcriptase and Human DNA Polymerases: Implications for Human Immunodeficiency Virus Drug Design
Marina K. Kukhanova,Xiuyan Li,Shu-Hui Chen,Ivan King,Terrence W. Doyle,William H. Prusoff,Yung-Chi Cheng +6 more
TL;DR: The work reported in this article has evaluated the relative molecular activity of the 5'-triphosphate of a novel beta-L-nucleoside with an unsaturated ribose residue, beta-Dideoxy-2',3'-didehydro-5-fluorocytidine (beta- L-Fd4CTP), with that of beta- l2,3,3-didexy-5,3'dideHydro-4,
