TL;DR: Compliance with NCCN Guidelines and stage-specific therapy at presentation for the treatment of patients with gastric cancer was poor, which was a significant finding given that compliant care was associated with a 55% reduction in the hazard of death.

Patterns of recurrence of colorectal cancer.
TL;DR: A deeper understanding of the significance of risk factors such as family history of polyps and colorectal cancer, presence of inflammatory bowel disease, alcohol consumption, obesity, physical inactivity, smoking, high fat and/or low fiber diet, coupled with corresponding lifestyle changes and an emphasis on screening, will perhaps reduce the incidence of coloreCTal cancer in the next decade.
