Localizing and Lateralizing Value of Seizure Onset Pattern on Surface EEG in FCD Type II.
TL;DR: The most common SOP was no apparent change (39.0%), followed by rhythmic slow wave and repetitive spikes/sharp waves as discussed by the authors , and the SOP of no apparent changes was associated with FCD II in the temporal lobe (P < 0.001).

Semiological differences of focal onset bilateral motor (convulsive) seizure between mesial temporal lobe epilepsy and neocortical epilepsy.
Pritsana Punyawai,Naotaka Usui,Akihiko Kondo,Naoki Ichikawa,Takayasu Tottori,Kiyohito Terada,Yukitoshi Takahashi,Yushi Inoue +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the semiology of focal onset bilateral motor (convulsive) seizure (FBMS) in patients with intractable focal epilepsy who underwent epilepsy surgery to understand its value in localizing the origin of the seizure.

[Autoimmune encephalitis with anti-glutamate receptor antibody presenting as epilepsia partialis continua and action myoclonus: a case report].
TL;DR: O Oral tandospirone (30 mg/day) was given because 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid (5-HIAA) was markedly decreased in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and most action myoclonus disappeared and he could perform fine motor skills.

Anti-Glutamate Receptor Antibodies in Pediatric Enteroviral Encephalitis
Hisashi Kawashima,Kazunori Suzuki,Gaku Yamanaka,Yasuyo Kashiwagi,Kouji Takekuma,Masahiro Amaha,Yukitoshi Takahashi +6 more
TL;DR: The immunological phenomenon is more closely related to the development of sequela related to enteroviral encephalitis than other disease markers, such as inflammatory cytokine, free radicals, and viral loads; therefore, a specific therapy against immunological status might decrease the sequela.
