Effect of tacrolimus in a case of autoimmune encephalitis
TL;DR: Tacrolimus may be effective for selected patients with recurrent encephalitis in which an autoimmune mechanism is considered as the pathogenesis, and could taper the steroid dosage after administration of the immunosuppressant tacrolimous.
