TL;DR: In this paper, a millimeter-wave dual-band bandpass filter using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) dual-mode cavities is proposed, which consists of three SIW cavities, and each cavity can provide two resonant modes, the TE201 mode and TE102 mode, as well as a transmission zero.

A compact utral-wideband bandpass filter with broad stopband based on step-impedance stub-loaded tri-mode resonator
TL;DR: A five-pole ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) with broad stopband for FCC UWB indoor communication application is developed and employs a step-impedance stub-loaded tri-mode resonator, by properly selecting the impedance ratio of the stub, the proposed resonator is able to be downsized without changing significantly its tri- mode characteristics.
