An up-to-date evaluation of alogliptin benzoate for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
TL;DR: The cumulative evidence for alogliptin benzoate is robust with regards to glycemic efficacy and safety, and low hypoglycemia risks and weight changes support its consideration as a first-line medication for T2DM, either as a monotherapy or in combination therapy with other anti-diabetic drugs such as metformin.
3
Facile synthesis of a pentasaccharide mimic of a fragment of the capsular polysaccharide of Streptococcus pneumoniae type 15C.
TL;DR: The 2-azidoethyl-spacered pentasaccharide mimic 1 can be used to construct a neoglycoconjugate antigen.
3
31p-13c, 31p-1h spin-spin coupling and structural assignment and conformational analysis of epimeric thymidine-3′-yl benzoin phosphates
TL;DR: In this article, a pair of epimeric thymidine-3′-yl benzoin phosphates 3 were identified by using the 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectra.
3
Synthesis and hydrolysis of a phenylalanyl adenylate pentacoordinated phosphorane.
TL;DR: The results provide model chemistry for the enzymatic degradation mechanism of antiviral aryl amino acid phosphodiester amidates in cells, which leads to their activation.
3
Structural studies of L-Seryl-L-histidine dipeptide by means of molecular modeling, DFT and 1H NMR spectroscopy
TL;DR: In this paper, the lowest energy structure of the L-Seryl-L-histidine dipeptide was determined by molecular modeling, and further validated by quantum chemistry calculations and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
